I have tried that as well and 9/10 it has the same results of half the team losing motivation. My assistant isn't good tactically so i refer to one of my coaches who has the highest tactical stats but it still makes no difference.

Thanks, I thought thats what it was and i have it ticked but when i got to the opposition intstructions before a game there is no indtructions set. I have to ctrl + A then ask another coach because my assistant is greyed out.
