Meet Internazionale Firenze. A club formed by the people of Florence in Italy with one major goal in mind. See the BEST talent from Southern Europe come from one club. Apple and Ferrari are investors in this project for Inter Firenze as they feel there is incredible potential for not only the club, but the talent production of Southern Europe as well. Apple has a vision of helping take clubs from the lower divisions of football to the very top while documenting it every step of the way. Therefore, Inter Firenze has an Individual TV deal with Apple TV, while Ferrari gets not only the Kit Sponsor but also the naming rights of the Stadium which is Stadio Ferrari di Firenze.
The club's one major rule is it wants their managers to sign solely from the region of Southern Europe. This means that players can only be signed from the countries that reside in this area. Why does the club want to do this you may ask? This region has started to produce some very solid players over the years and especially recently with the likes of Nicolo Barella, Benjamin Sesko, and Josko Gvardiol. They want to put the world on notice that this region has the capability to produce some of the best talents in the world. This doesn't mean you can only sign players from the leagues in this region, you are able to sign players of these nationalities from anywhere. So, if you happen to find the next Luka Modric playing in the MLS, cool beans, you can sign him. The only rule you must follow is that you sign players strictly of Southern European Nationalities.
So, what is your goal of this save? Take Inter Firenze to the top of not just Italian football, but European football using talents only from the Southern European region. Who knows, you may just take Inter Firenze to #1 in the world!

You are a Professional side in Serie C/A in Italy.
You have one of the best sides in the Division but are not expected to finish top. You do have the finances to make that possible though.
Your entire team almost is only on a 1-year contract, so choose wisely who you intend to let go on frees and who you sell as it could impact how long it takes you to reach Serie A.
A majority of your staff is also on 1-year contracts and even though you have the best in the Serie C/A it could be very different come season 2.
Last little bit, there is no way to strictly enforce only being able to sign players from the Southern European Region as that is REQUIRED for this save, after all that is what makes Inter Firenze what they are. So please adhere to that.
