- Player Filter use Hazza22299 ones. If you cant seem to find a player for your team, reduce a value by 1 to each skill load in the same proportion. Eventually it will bring someone up.
- Try to keep the player moral above good (very good or superb are the one you should seek) by private talk to them, like saying how he performed last game or/and on the development area how hes going in the training level and perhaps threaten him (6) with placing him in the reserves. This you should do a try and error method do see what do they react the best

I have no credits neither the tactic settings nor the previous advices. These are tips that I got from reading elsewhere. You also must understand that this or any tactic you'll ever find, are going to make you unbeatable because losing will eventually happen but if you are willing to believe you will succeed. If you follow these steps you will get the next results (friendly game done by assistant):

Yes I sometimes had this, you should slightly edit it to suit your team. What is your manager's past experience set as.
 
using these tips with your 2.3 as 1st tactic is also recommended to use ?
 
3 things.

1. A little thing I do to share the goals around the forwards is change the corners so the near post man is the SRC. Then I do the swap player thing so SRC switches with the SLC. They share all the corner goals (aswell as their other efforts in game) while the SC still scores a LOAD anyway.

2. Struggles a little against very narrow looking formations (Italian teams) any advice on how to counter this?

I've never really faced any narrow tactics apart from City. Does anyone else have any tips?
 
Does this work on holiday mode? Because I'm currently managing Porto and when I holiday and tick "Use Current Tactics" I don't get good results.
 
Because it takes ages to get through a whole season... :S sorry if it sounds like an excuse, but I don't have the time to play it fully anymore.

Anyway, does it work on Holiday Mode?

TheBetterHalf is an expert on this but basically if you holiday, your assistant manager mucks around and makes lots of changes during the game so no tactic will do great unless you have a really good assistant.
 
Player stats

Hi everyone,

I am currently managing KV Mechelen from Belgium and to start...the results (in Belgium) are very good...I've been champion the past two years but I am having some problems.

I downloaded the player filters to search for suitable players, but if I ask my ***. manager to filter out the "impossible" targets...no one is left to buy/loan/get for free. That's quite dramatic because I am not really moving forward because of this.

So my question would be...in the player filters which attributes are ESSENTIAL to make the tactic work (even for only 60 %)...any help would be appreciated.

Another "problem" I have (which probably is related to the above problem is...I don't really score a lot of goals and like I said, this will probably be the same reason... => players not good enough (or the high stats not on the essential parts)

For example...
I can figure out that the centre striker will obviously need good points for finishing (because he mostly gets the ball in the area) and heading (corner exploit)..but what else :)

Well.... Not a bad return at all. Played him as my STC for most of the season and he delivered!

Not the greatest first season over all. Only won the league (31, 6, 1). Fielded some weak teams in cups so it's my own fault really. But still I'm really impressed by both the scoring and especially the defensive qualities of this tactic!
