Hello. Seeing that the Looking for Staff Thread is mostly inactive,I decided to put together a list of coaches for your team in FM11.

Underlined coaches might sign for Lower Prem/Higher Champ sides (tested with Q.P.R and Leicester)

Question: What does a good coach need?
Answer : A good coach needs particular attributes for the training he specialises along with DDM i.e Determination,Discipline and Motivating.

Fitness - Fitness,DDM
Goalkeeping - Goalkeeping,DDM
Tactical - Tactical,DDM
Ball Control - Technical,Mental,DDM
Defending - Defending,Tactical,DDM
Attacking- Attacking,Tactical,DDM
Shooting - Attacking,Technical,DDM

Question: How to calculate a coach's ability without signing him?
Answer: By using the Coach Calculator - www.bonzollm.net.tc

goodlist, keep on adding to it, make one for physio's, scouts, assistant managers etc as well.. I know they dont have stars, but it would be a good complete guide on staff, I can maybe help you out if you are keen.. :D

Hey! Just attacking wont determine if your coach is a 4 star or greater in game.

Watch out for the OP. I'll add something else ;)
 
I was always wondering if the rating of the staff can increase/decrease?
What makes them change, Age only?

Yeah thats right coaches also have CA and PA so it is best to look at younger coaches.

This is the reason I havent added Valdir De Moraes - He is the best Asst. man in the game but he's 78 so no point in signing him ;)
 
Wow thanks for this list man =) Some guys on this list actually has good stats in other area as well. (e.g. Rene Meulensteen has 4.5 star for attacking n shooting if i dun remember wrongly)

In the game, go to training and then coaches.You can view only YOUR coach ratings in-game, if you are curious if a coach you found is good,use the coach calculator whose link I have given in the OP
