For *** men, one important stat is Tactical Knowledge. Have a look at Ezio Sella (Bologna i think) he has 18 in Tactical Knowledge at the start and Raikan has told me that it goes up to 20 so he might be your best bet.
 
u're missing roberto bettega, he's a class scout and starts every game as a free agent :D

Tosh Farrell on my game i a 4,5 Star shooting coach
Warren joyce is 4,5 star(not 4 star) defending coach first season for me
Omar Feitosa 5 star fitness

I have large database + england, spain, france, brazil, portugal, germany, italy and holland

If you want to make a list of the best ***. managers here are my top 8 top, best to "worst"(not counting managers, some of them have very good stats but never actually managed to sign one).
I rate Man management, all the mental attributes except physiotherapy

Fermo Favini ( scout atalanta, 74 years and impossible to get)
Bryan Robson (scout Chelsea)
Bruno Demichelis(first team coach Chelsea)
Rosario Di Vincenzo(Gk Coach palermo)
Valdir de Moraes(***. manager, Palmeiras 78 years impossible to get)
Ezio Sella(***. manager Bologna)
Mauro Tassotti(***. Manager AC Milan)

got him in liverpool save, got him on a one year deal, he wont sign a new contract and he is determined to leave.

think he may retire (on 11.2 patch)

Keep this thread going guys, its not just about wonderkids and tactics, i always try find good coaches :D

I dont know if this is the right place to put this question, but im gonna ask you guys anyway :)
Does it mather what kind of reputation your coaches have ? ( same with your scouts )
I mean, is a 4 star coach with a local reputation as good as a 4 star coach who have a "worldclass" reputation ?
 
How many coaches do i need on one category?Do i need more than one?

Fill up as many coaches as you can. The best for the category. The others appointed in all areas to reduce the workload on your specialists
 
Does anybody know why I cant seem to find Quintiliano Lemos Filho? Tried everything but looks like he doesn't exist in my game...

You need to have the Brazilian league loaded. He is at Cruzeiro at the start. But its unlikely that you can sign him.
