This tactic has been quite simply brilliant so far!
 
I would personally recommend this tactic to everyone its quite simply UNREAL, I used it in my first season with Cardiff City and managed to finish 2nd​. Admittedly I did do a bit of tweaking but nothing to drastic, the only positional change I made was instead of having an Anchor I changed this to a Box to Box Midfielder so I could accommodate to Harry Arter.

Also I added Chrissy Dudes corner tactics to this formation, and safe to see this worked wonders especially when Callum Paterson is taking the right side for some reason.

This tactic works like a charm in +5 differents saves here. Tnks dude, amazing work. Now, I'll test the 4-2-4 version.

Sorry but i didnt get which is the difference between these 2 versions.

Is the 4-3-3 the one more effective? Or 424 is better?
 
I'll answer to you all shortly, I'm just posting right now to let you guys know that the tactic has been updated. You'll find both versions in the attached files (namely v2 of the basic & the 424).

Overall results for me, during testing, have been even better than what I managed to achieve with the first version of the tactic :) I'm very excited to see you guys play with it !
 
Which one (basic v2 or 4-2-4 v2) is better in your opinion?
 
I'd say it depends on your team & the players you have at your disposal. Oddly enough, the 424 seems to do better on lower level squads & the 433 doing better on stronger squads. But the biggest criteria IMO is if you have enough players in midfield or forward to play one or the other :p

Immensely better than TTF Battlemaster v5 in my save at the moment. I've went one and a half season with TTF and changed to Volante 4-2-4 and volante takes the cake.. goals coming from all over the field and especially the strikers and I'm not even using 2 specialist Volante's.

I'm 20+ games into the 2nd season and my full backs have rarely gotten even a yellow card.

Most games are won with 3-4 more goals vs the opponent.

I tried this with you're corners but found it left me without anyone defending? Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Loaded your 2 files and set the corner taker as recommended but no one stays back?
 
Hi,

does this tactic abuse Throw In Exploits? I dont wanna abuse these Throw Ins cause i dont like it to score 70% of my goals through any "Bugs".

It does but you can just toggle it off by going short throw ins instead of long ;)

How do you choose the match line? Are only stars important? Do you pay attention to form in the last 5 games? Do you pay attention to the evaluation of the training? Please write how you choose the match line.
 
Hi, Just checking, is the tactic (7/1/19) still up to date for the most recent update? Managed to get Salford to the premier league with this but towards the end of the championship season there were a few hiccups, mainly with balls over the top of the defence causing us to lose a few games in a a row.
