Also which would be the best for a midtable team? Playing Middlesbrough, and are about to start the 5th season. Finished 12th, 8th and 8th in the past 3 season after winning Championship the first season.

Im doing alot of tests. Thats why the OP hasn't been updated yet. I hope you understand. And the tactic in the OP it my final, no more releases... at least not for a while. :)

The time stamp on 20130709-IRONONES-BY-MALTE722 would suggest, that, this one is the newest, its 2 hours newer that the one in the OP?

You are not satisfied with that one, or?

EDIT: Found out, OP updated but with same name :) its called 2013-07-09 even tho its 2013-07-10 :)

So far so good, only done pre seson so far, but even tho I know these teams are very weak, ive never dominated them like ive done with this tactic.

9 pre season games, and a score of 63-0

Starting my 5th season with Middlesbrough now. Will post SS after 10 games.

This is with Cd-Tweak version for about 90% of the games
The rest 10% was with newer versions of the tactic
In comparison with Arrigo Sacci's tactic (a very good 442 tactic) i have to say that this is much more dominating and attacking and a litte worse defending
I know that i have a very strong squad but i didn't have such domination with any other tactic
I like to rotate a lot the squad players and i think i can do better with this tactic
I don't feel that newer versions can help me more.If u do believe so i can test your final version,when it's done
I like the different roles in the midfielders in CD-Tweak version
 
It is from an early version of the tactic called **442 TheIronOnes_CD_TWEAK**
 
I seem to keep getting injuries a lot to my wingers. No one else is getting injured in game apart from these?
 
Hmm, season doesnt start great, and tactic is fluid.

1. Lost 2-0 vs United away, all in all fair.
2. Drawed 1-1 vs Wolves at home (Should have won that one)
3. Lost to Rochdale 1-0 away in Carlington Cup wtf?
4. Drawed away vs Liverpool 2-2 (was behind 2-0 when they got a red card, and one of my goals was a penalty)

Not too impressed so far. Have 3 new members in the start 11, and have training at Balaced/Teamwork High
