What happens is, there will be 16 players, each with their own team, in a league against the rest of the players. Every day, each player will send me a list of 16 players that they would like to sign for their team. Basically, you put them in order of most wanted at 1, and least wanted at 16. Then, I go through the PM's and work out who gets what player by the order that they have put them. So lets say, the 1st pm I get, someone put Messi as 1, and then I get another PM with Messi as 1 and Ronaldo as 2, the player that Pm'ed me 1st, on round one anyway, will get messi, while the other player would get Ronaldo, as Messi has already been chosen. This goes on and on untill all 16 teams have a player, then I will post the list of players already taken, and the next round people have to obviously choose 16 players that haven't already been selected.

After the 16 days have been done, I will be doing a Managers Draft. In the reverse order of the 1st round. Also, after that draft day, I will need your formations. Aswell as your 16 players, your allowed 5 'back up players'. Tell me what positions you want back ups for with your formations and I will find players to suit with a lower CA so they are deffo classed as backups.

NOTE: For the first draft, send in your picks NOW! The times for the first draft is open now until 8pm max. tomorrow (each member has received a PM prompting them to read this). The times for getting your PM to me will start from 8pm tonight and will run until 8pm tomorrow night. I have already recieved player lists from around 6 members, can others involved please PM me theirs.

OLD - Rules and Format.

Ok, ive been toying with this idea for quite some time and ive only got 1 exam left so was thinking about starting it soon!

How it works: I would need 8-16 members all of which will become the chairman of your own club in the South African league. However, your squad will have 0 players, 0 backroom staff and a stadium capacity of 0. You will be given a blank cheque to sign any player of your choice, although, there is a catch. The transfers will be done in a draft system where each team will be assigned in random order to choose players.
Example, team 1 will have first pick on a player e.g. Messi. Then team 2 will have second pick, they can pick any player in the world that hasn't already been chosen e.g. Xavi. And so on.
Once all teams are complete, you will again choose a Manager and Assistant Manager. Your coaches attributes will all be set to 15 and physio will be the best possible.
At the end of each season a total of 8 draft rounds will be included. The position you finished will determine your order of pick.
Example, team finished bottom will have first choice in a player, team finishing top will have last pick.
At the end of each season however, there will be around 40 created players aged 18-21 with random CA/PA. You can choose them yourself during one of your picks OR request 5 attributes of the player which i will show to only the person who requested but this will take up your pick in the draft.
Example, person 1 requests attributes of John Doe. Person 2 drafts in **** Torres.

Hope i haven't lost any of you there. Although as it will require active users, your FM Forum status must be at least Backup, unless i or someone else on the forum can vouch for your activeness.
