The next part is the draft it self, I will post the order now in which each member takes a turn on choosing a player for their team. There will be 18 rounds meaning 18 players.

The Order For The Draft:

In order, post the player you want added to your team. ONLY post on your turn, posting beforehand will not count. Once you post your pick, you can not change your mind. Each member will be given 12 hours to place their pick, failure to do so will result in me picking it for you and i will not pick the best players.

Yes unfortunately. Although, order will be back-ways for manager and assistant manager process which will take place after the player drafts!

So what if Steve* doesn't come on tonight, or everyone takes 12 hours to pick their first player - we could be here forever...

Sorry if I'm going to keep you guys waiting while sleeping. I'm going to make my draft tomorrow morning unless everyone makes their drafts tonight.

Im always on baby ;) haha

I get DMF's point though. Maybe arrange a special time that we have to do it. Maybe a 2 or 3 hour slot in the morning and again in evening? if you dont post in the 2 or 3 hours then pick a player for them?
