Delighed to get through the group will have to hope for a easy draw in the first knockout stages of course. Will have to now find form in the leuage and focus on getting as much points as possible before the scottish cup gets serious and before were back in europe

He was followed in by andrej Kramaric from dinamo for £3m as he became the first class young player i decided to fork out on. He was quickly followed by Brazilian Regen young star Marcio for £2.1m. Another defensive minded young arrival was Greek youngster Papadoupoulos as our other center back for the future as we compleate our winter transfers unless anyone decideds to leave

4th place again but this time it wasnt good enough. I demanded top 3 and failed by a few points. Possibly the tinkering with the squad in january is my downfall but whatever the reason it has to be improved upon next term

Got to last 32 which was the maximum i wanted to do so very happy we got through the group and a big plus point to our season

Dominated our group and were playing very good football at that time of the season but as soon as we got to the knockout stages we crumbled and that dissapointing

Again we were going for the semis but celtic caught up with us in a tricky run of matches and were too much for us at the 5th round

1st will go with the man who won top goal scorer, player of the year and writers player of the year Micheal Eneramo when he finally settled in the team he couldnt stop scoring and hopfully we'll be able to hold onto him for next season


2nd A man who's stats are almost identical except he's scored alot more goals in the other compitions our star forward during my time as manager Lee Miller. Again a reliable goal scorer who hit the hights of a 7.30 for the season


3rd place is a bit harder to pick out. Could have gone to Carvalho whos been terrific since
arriving in january, namouchi who again chipped in with goals and supplyed many more or left back antunes who was impressive in his last season before moving on. But im giving it to another star who's place at pittodrie may be in question next season, keeper Cristian Mora. although he conceaded 71 goals he is undoubtedly one of the teams best players but with his contract out next season, aged 31 and his unwillingness to resign means he's likley to be on the way

A far quieter transfer window for Aberdeen only brought in a few replacments for the first team and brough in a few youth players for back up and the future. Also hoping that a more settled squad will give us a more consistant performance through the season.

Another change i've made is too my bonus's. Usually go high for everything but this tie i've gone High for leauge, low for cup and medium for europe. Having done this a good season in the leauge is vital this term will play weaker team in the cups and in europe to ensure i have the strongest possible team available for my leauge fixtures

Like the first season we had no hope of getting to the groups once we drew Bayern but the fight we put up was brilliant

Dominated our group again but this time the back up team were too weak for celtic but like bayern we put up a strong fight

totally overcame my estimations, set the target to low and we walked through the compition and beat both the old firm to lift the trophy. It doesnt come much better than that
top 3 players. Bit easyer this season with one stand out player

1st - Maor Bozaglo - Scored almost as many as my strikers from center midfield and was involved in many other goals. He was also consistant all year so he's my stand out player

2nd - Michael Eneramo - Nowhere near as prolific as last year and wasnt as good performance wise either but was still our top scorer by a mile and his form at the end of the season took us to 3rd and won us the cup

3rd - Jose Goncalves - Has been overlooked by myself since he arrived but this seaon was easily our best defender and its no coincidence our form picked up once he got a Run in the center of our defence keeping out papadopoulos and Van Damme

Have ended up taking quite a gamble with this season. Kramaric, Eneramo, Aguilar and Zlatkov were all screaming to move onto a bigger club and the offers coming in were big enough to warrent there sale. Most of these sales took place at the end of the window so little time was left to bring in new players so i plan on using this season to play my squad and young player i have as much as possible and see if there any use and to fill up the squad i ended up buying players on the cheep i found in the transfer list to try and tide me over for this season or at least January where i will be aiming to spend as much of the £30m transfer fund i've accumulated along with players who's contracts are expiring to make a championship winning team for next season
