i do think the odd shock happens but youve had so many good results its hard to tell if you are cheating...
 
Well done, keep up the good work :) I don't think you've cheated to but to prove it to anyone who might, maybe post a screenshot of your "Game Status" :)

I think there might be a little bit of a bug here cause ive experienced wierdness in the cups with Leicester City.

Im in march of the 1st season ...
Im currently 4th in the Championship banging in loads as you get £8m with Leicester due to the Thai takeover.
I won the Carling Cup and beat Man Utd (reserves) in the Carling Cup Final.
Im in the Qtr Final of the FA Cup having just beat Blackburn 5-1.
So yeah im in the Europa League next year.

Its rather strange, cant decide if its a bug or not but if it is then im not playing until the next patch.
 
About some of the screenshots, some of them are from season 1, but all from season 2 are from the beginning of season 3, the color of them is because the plug between my screen and is broken and it displays my screen a little red so for instance Arsenal has a red/orange color.

I've saved my game 92 times.
Man Utd of course didn't play their whole reserve team, but they used backup players mostly.

Van Der Saar (now a youth coach) was replaced by Tomasz Kuszczak, Evra was sold and replaced by Taye Taiwo (DL), Ryan Giggs played 0 games in the league that season, Fletcher/Anderson are backups for Carrick/Hargreaves, Wes Brown a backup, Jan is a backup, Diego Costa a winger backup, Valencia a backup for Nani, Macheda has played 1 game overall for Man Utd in the league, Magri a prospect, and their other sub released at the end of the season.

By the way I'm not sure if 92 saves are much over 2 seasons and from June-August in season 3 but I save often in the transfer season (save offer players and see how much I can get from them), I save when my computer starts to get slow and FM starts responding slower and freezes sometimes and when I stop playing of course lol.

Hehe, he played 13 games in the BSP with 3 goals and 1 assist with average rating of 6.86.

Isn't save offering players blatantly cheating... saving, trying something in a strategy game, then if you don't like the outcome, reloading and trying again. Where do you draw the line, are you doing the same for contract negotiations, board requests? matches?

and 92 save is LOADs, practically a save every match!... I'll only go so far as to suggest its suspicious. I've had one less save for 3 times the amount of playing years, and I have a monthly rolling auto-save on. In the forum challenges, to stop people cheating they ask for a maximum of 15 saves per season.

Maybe someone would call it cheating but I've only done it in FM 11 so far because of the transfer bug, I'm sorry if there is a 15 saves a season rule but I have NEVER gone through a season with that few saves. I just can't take the risk of crashing (I used to save that few times but many of my games crashed after a season and I had to start again way back), my computer is really old from about 2001-2003 with a new graphic card that is broken.

The offer thing is only if I'm checking out for key players (Léo Aro). I just wanted to let you know, I don't cheat and don't like to be accused of cheating so I'm clarifying that. If I was cheating I would probably be unbeaten the whole season and not posting it, right?
 
People would post even if they where cheating, and even cheating i doubt anyone would bother winning every game. Fair enough on saving, i guess saving regularly isn't that bad, 15 sounds like very little saves but actually if you try not to save often (not that i do) its more than once a month so doable.

The only reason I was suspicious was the cups, especially Carling, seen as knockout tournaments are obviously easy to cheat in by saving, though this has been mentioned in other threads.

not that i've won any cups (field reserves for FAT/JPT, try in the bigger ones), and I've just finished season 6, with Solihull Moors.

Personally the transfer thing, if you want to look at players requests for wages, you can without offering a contract. If you get gazumped, mess up your negotiations with a player etc, to go back and do them again is cheating. I've missed out on players before it happens. (esp when you wage budget is like 5k in L2).

Personally I'd add attribute masking onto this, and use the applicable rules for any other game I start, otherwise the player search filter can be very easy to use especially for free transfers.

I have attribute masking on and I don't save before offering contracts to players, I sometimes save when offering players to other clubs, I'm sorry if you think that is cheating but not everyone plays the game the exact same way.

I've head of FMRTE but I wouldn't dream of taking the fun out of the game with that. Not with challenging games, I'd use a cheat program for Grand Theft Auto.
 
It aint that incredible if you cheated and with afc wimbledon it aint even to get promoted to the L2 and L1 so if u really want a challange and want to acheive something try to do something worth while

my record Woking -BSS champions,BSP Champions,League 2 Champions, Fa trophy x2,JPT champions

currently in League 1 - 4th hardest season yet

I did not cheat mate, and it's a challenge for me as I usually don't stick with teams because of no challenge. Only that says I wouldn't want to cheat. I don't know why some people here think I'm cheating as it's a good team morale and I got fine players. By the way Great progress with Woking mate!

League 1 is so much harder than L2

i can see ur point and others but as long as ur enjoying ur game and doing well it doesnt matter
