Hopefully Montolivo will be slowly (or fairly quickly!) replaced with Locatelli. Then get Bonarventura when he's back from injury and we can plop Borini back to the bench and move Hakan

Interested to see how Kalinic does
 
Good to see Silva grab a hat-trick, he's played really well in europe but keepers were saving some ridiculously good shots from him before.

Hakan with a goal and two assists - he gets some crazy bend on his freekicks! Hopefully we can keep the momentum from now

Also the Suso goal was great

Milan being there own worst enemy today! Over playing at the back is giving Sampadoria all the impetus they need to put pressure on them and not let them get control in CM. Or get there attacking players really in play.

Bit annoying that Montella didn't make changes well enough. Suso as a striker was odd when we have Silva and Cutrone scoring well when played

Yeah playing him as a STR was weird, but not as weird as subbing him. Thought he was you only bright spark tbh. Still don’t rate Abate or Zapater!

Unfortionately Conti is out for a long time so Abate / Calabria will be taking the RWB spot for a while.

Yeah he also took off Bonnaventura who was one of the better players I thought. Strange.
 
Fabio Borini (244) has played twice as many minutes in Serie A this season than our €40M signing Andre Silva (118).

Money saving option maybe? Since the finances are looking in trouble

Disappointed Montella didn't get more of a chance, not easy to put an entirely new group of players together especially when I'm not convinced he picked out many of the signings
 
And that was the fear of the Chinese taking over that we discussed the summer.

The more things change, the more they stay as dysfunctional as ever at Milanelo.
