Advice would be we need another decent striker as when Diego Costa missed a couple of important months for me it was a killer. i think we dont need to change too much with the overall squad and should look to just sign 2 World Class Players in the summer rather than 7 or 8 squad and youth players

Well, the transfer market was kind of busy. Got rid of the players who wanted to leave when I took over again. Fellipe was sold and Kurzawa was signed as a back up. Sergio Canales was sold and admittedly for a low price but he was not good enough IMO and needed to be sold.
Zivkovic was not in my mind for a sale at first but Arsenal paid 30M for him which was 10x his value at that current time. As much as he is a potential star, 30M couldn't be turned down. I replaced him with a young 15 year old with 5 star potential who could be the next Thierry Henry. Herrera was again not for sale originally but Man City came in with a deadline day offer of 30M and again it was an offer too good to refuse so I sold him and bought Goretzka on the same deal before deadline.
Kondogbia came in as an already agreed transfer and came in for a cheap price might I say. Rytter was bought as the future CB for the club and I think he could be the best CB in the world if trained and played right. Stanciu was bought as he has a great amount of creativity in him and I thought with Arda getting old he could take over the Central attacking position in the years to come.

So... this has been an incredibly annoying transfer window! Had to spend a fair amount of money during this window, due to players moaning about first team games and wanting to leave, and also getting 2 more long term injuries!

Marquinhos is now to be used as a right back, so Balanta has been brought in as a first choice centre back with Alderweireld.

Can is now our new first choice DM, excellent player and still quite young so has good potential to grow as well. Lamela is just an incredible player and with Balanta coming in, a foreign player choice had to be freed up, so Yarmolenko left.

What happened with Yarmelenko? He was awesome for me?
He was playing well, just wasn't "lighting up the world" as it were, also he takes up a foreign choice, which was needed for Balanta, and Lamela is a EU national so doesn't take one up
Plus he was being moany cos Man Utd bid and I turned it down initially and he went all mardy about why I rejected it
