team talk already have effect since patch 15.1.3
player morale and cohesion too
for this patch (15.3) the made player atribute more impact to game

Previous version was great on 15.2.1 patch. We will see how will work Garbage.

Second match with Cheltenham (23rd position) 2-2 but I have lost 6, 100% situation, shoots 23-6
Third match with Braintree (16th position), 1-1, shoots 33-11 (100% 3-2).

Test with my great Nottingham Forest Team

Well I wanted to give this a try with my Nottingham Forest Team. This is my third season 4th season and my 3th season in the BPL. We are predicted to be 6th - but **** this happend so far:

My squad is very good, but all in all it's a result with is nice to see. The sugardaddy gave me a lot of money to buy players ;).

Only one thing to say:
The CCC are very low - many shots on goal but nothing "dangerous" - barca killed me after we were 2:0 in front... :/ Nice work so far mate!! :)
 
i don't know why but i dowload file but i can't import in my save.....strange because with your other tattics everythings gonna good

i dowloaded all two file and put in the rigth place to import in my game,but when i'm gonna "import tattics" don't see anithings....
 
I have made a few changes. It means:

Hard tackle and short passes for both DC,
Turn Off Offside Trap for Team.

The tactis looks ok. I'm playing and observating.
 
Should your left striker be your best striker?
In other words which of the 3 striker positions will score most?
Should this be a left footer? Should your best header not be the left striker?
 
left striker should be poacher type, he scored the most 100% from open play, because he take the corner
