If you are up for a little tweak, try and have your wing back set to "Aim crosses at: far post"

In my save my "crosses completed" went from 3-10% up to 13-20% so fell free to try it out and if you also find this working for you, I will add it to the OP. If you are just happy the way the tactic is working right now, then dont bother :)
 
Did a test run with Getafe wanted to see if it was possible to do better than when Michael Laudrup was there (they ended 14th).
The squad is extremly small 23 players total and out of them 9 is players on loan 8 of them will return to their clubs. This means only 14 players in the squad is Getafe players and 1 on loan for 2nd season. I have not seen what kind of money you will get for 2nd season. It is a fun club to play with if you enjoy a really hard challenge.
After 21 games we were in 3rd position but unfortunately we got hit by alot of injuries and with such a small squad we where bound to loose the good form. The club also got the "most improved club" award, dont know abaout this one, but we will take it ;)

Ok ok it's time to go back using this again :), will start new save tomorrow, the only changes would be with the fullbacks crossing? And what role for striker are you using now CF, DLF or F9 or its doesn't matter?

I did just use the original one, no changes. But for 2nd season I will use the crossing as the only change.
What team are you ganno play with and are you gonna buy players?

Can you see a difference when using this?
Did the tweak with crossing work better for you?
In second season with Getafe I am testing with "Be more expressive" and the wingers swap position:

i don't trust my Assistant about OI's that's why used TFF's its working i think had very good few matches but a lot of draws which i should win... will see next season

and i think my fullbacks play better with this crossing setting;)
