Agree with Lewie, CA is very low and a cap of 150 isn't very high! Specially being in 6th tier and their coaches and facilities.

Up to you though mate :)

Guess it depends what you want with the story, but a PA of 150 won't make many of us superstars! The ones that max their potential will end up as James Milners!
