Think its time... THIS IS NOT THE END OF THE STORY ....... that I have to stress. Just been doing the save for a month now and the last few months of the season I have been going through the motions so I will come back in a few weeks. If I cant get into a new save I may do the odd month every now and again though.

Unsure of what to do next as in a months time I will have my database with all the promotions and relegations and cup winners done so a new save will be started then too probably - especially with Newcastle being in the Champions League! Ahem.

Could start a new story or do a network game or combine them both! lol.

Anywho me and Aitor are going off to Barbados for a few weeks on our honeymoon since we have been busy with Bilbao for the last 11 years. lol

Yep, Aitor and myself are back due to two reasons - my nhl12 disc is no longer working for my xbox and I couldnt get into a new game when I knew I would have a new database in a few weeks with all the promotions and relegations etc (Newcastle in Europe woooooo).

So hopefully I will last a few more weeks!​

Ugalde went to AC Milan, and Vadillo went off to PSG for a £5m loan fee (agreed price of £7m) while Susaeta retired.

SUMMARY
Couldnt get rid of back-up players Belsue or Remirez so Belsue is still reserve keeper and Remirez has been sent to the B team to run out his contract. Hopefully Hondo N'Dongo and Alvaro Rodriguez will much improve with being in the 1st team.

Great month and we have surged to the top. Got several big wins and should have scored 4 or 5 against Villarreal. Got lucky against Benfica though as they had an injury time goal chalked off.

Barca and Bilbao match ends in stalemate
Herrera, Muniain, Santano and Garcia all pick up injuries
After 9 clean sheets in a row, lower league Sabadell knock 3 past Bilbao
Spain win away in Colombia

Herrera v Raedelli ended in a boring draw so no fireworks there! Thrashed Valencia and got a tough win away to Sevilla. Gutted about conceding 3 to Sabadell. The 1st was an own goal and the other 2 came when I was down to 9 men! 4pt lead at the top though.

Every game won for rampant Bilbao
Real Madrid go ahead v champions but soon lose their way
27 goals in 6 games during the month!
Spain beat Egypt but can only draw with Israel

Another comfortable month that has seen us open up a 6pt gap at the top. After 14 games in the league we have only conceded twice! Several big wins were had this month and we look unbeatable at the moment - lets hope it continues that way!

Another FIFA Club World Cup in the bag
FC Porto are going to be our Champions League opponents
Disappointing draw with Espanyol
B team top of Liga Adelante
Managerial merry go round starts with Valladolid, Zaragoza and Sociedad making changes

Trophy no.46 is won against Corinthians! Went behind twice but as so often happens in a final with Bilbao the opposition get a man sent off and we take advantage! We have a favourable draw in the Champions League - avoiding teams from Italy and England is always my hope so to get FC Porto is pleasing.

Might be wrong but I dont think Aitor Herrera will win the World Player awards - tough choice this year! (I voted for the players with the worst 3 average rating to help him lol)

A busy but good month. Fermin Garcia was on summat scoring an incredible 16 goals in 6 games played and he missed a penalty! Disappointed in conceding 2 to Real Betis - in doing so we doubled the amount conceded in the league so far!

Just £500m behind! lol. To be fair when I started we were worth under £100m I think so I have caught up a fair bit. Would be worth more if I wasnt paying my B team players good wages (some at 20k a week). Unless a great youngster comes along and ousts a 1st teamer I can only see Vadillo being sold in the near future as Azpilicueta and San Jose will get coaching jobs so no point selling them like I did with Javi Martinez and Ander Herrera.
