I think we will go through as long as the team doesn't play like that. I'll say it again, probably Evra's worst performance since his debut vs City all those years ago. Our wingers couldn't get into the game, and the midfield didn't support Rooney enough. I think it was the perfect sort of game for someone like Anderson, physical, quick and plays quick football, would've been excellent for a player like him.

wouldnt be too confident cause remember when i said that about chelsea v inter and looked what happened :(

totally agree other than i thought manu were the better side in the first half is all.
 
IMO We were very poor for the vast majority of the game. Evra had the worst game I've ever seen him play, no attacking threat and Altintop(Sp.) was ALL over him and Ribery caused us all sorts of problem. I dont think Carrick should have come off for Berba and Valencia should have came on earlier.
One of the few good things is the away goal and i have a funny feeling we'll turn them over at home ;)

defo, that was made for Anderson. Same about the midfield, especially when we were on the counter

wow i think that's the first time i think we've agreed on anything ;)

we might have shaded the first half but i think scoring so early possibly hindered us. Should have made more of our counters in the first half cos they were all over us in the second

We are a better side then chelsea. and inter are better then Bayern. and we havent got the mourinho factor to deal with.

yeah it seemed like they were abit confussed weather to go for it all not as they were infront so early and 1-0 away would have been a good result

You aren't a better side than Chelsea when we aren't missing half of our first team.
