I figured I'd sign with Bayern, as they're the biggest club that was after me. I like the move, but I need to be loaned out ASAP if my career is to grow! I hope I become the next Thomas Muller, as thats who I based my players strengths/weaknesses off of, kind of! xD
Maybe a loan to a German 2 team is best, then when I return some tutoring from some experienced players.

Its cool to see all of us young players get snapped up by big teams! Maybe we will meet in the future in a Champions League final, or even become teammates!

Due to the fact that the players are all still young and not making an impact at their clubs yet, this update will be on 1 January. As the players become more important in the world it will be much more frequent

Scout's report 3

01/01/2014

It's the turn of the new year, and 6 months since we began following these 12 young strikers. We have seen them all sign for professional clubs. Now let's look at how they have progressed at these clubs. Below you will find their initial profile from Scout report 1 as well as their latest profile and we will compare them to see how much each wonderkid has improved (or worsened).
And for Scout report 4 we will wrap up the major transfers from the summer (I'm sorry I haven't given these yet) and the January transfer windows as well as award winners.

**** ****

View attachment 346216 View attachment 346189

**** has shown minor improvements in many areas of his game and hasn't really regressed in any areas. His composure and strength are amazing for his age. First team football has really benefited him and perhaps he hasn't improved much because he's been on holiday during the American close season. In the previous campaign he made 18 league appearances, scoring 4 goals as his team finished 4th in the American third division. This isn't a bad record considering he is a 16 year old and played a fair share of games in defence.

Our development rating: B

DJ Reider

View attachment 346214 View attachment 346180

DJ also improved slightly in many areas of his game. He certainly is a better player than 6 months ago. He was started out in Bayerns 2nd team but failed to impress with 2 goals in 11 games (2 as a sub). He was moved to the under 19s and has shown his talents by scoring 11 goals and 2 assists in 23 games(4 as a sub). His passing has let him down even at u19 level though.

Our development rating: B

Guilgi Bellushi

View attachment 346212 View attachment 346171

Guilgi hasn't shown any improvement, disappointingly. But he has plenty of time on his side. Perhaps this is due to the low number of games he has played, just 11 (2 as a sub) in which he scored 2 goals.

Our development rating: C-

Hans Christian Pedersen

View attachment 346211 View attachment 346165 View attachment 346163

Hans has shown very good development in every aspect of his game really. As we predicted, because of his first team exposure and wonderful training facilities. He has made 7 first team appearances including 2 in the Euro Cup, but five of these were as a sub. He hasn't scored yet for the first team but it's still early days. He has only played 4 youth games though, scoring 1.

Our development rating: A

John Cheah

View attachment 346210 View attachment 346162 View attachment 346160

John has actually regressed in certain areas of his game which is hard to believe given the high number of games he has been playing. He made 1 first team start and 1 off the bench, as well as 17 youth games in which he scored 5 goals, winning 4 MOM awards. He needs to improve really fast from now on.

Our development rating: D-

Lewie Roberts

View attachment 346208 View attachment 346158

Man City have brilliant youth facilities. Lewie is proof of that. He has shown remarkable improvements in just 6 months, most noticeably in pace. He needs to replicate this in game though, he made 23 youth appearances for City, scoring 6 and setting up 2. He even made a senior debut against Coventry in the capital one cup.

Our development rating: A+

Marc Aitken

View attachment 346207 View attachment 346154

It looks as though Chelsea have bested City in youth development here. Marc has impressed in literally every area of his game and surely if he carries on at this rate he won't be as bad as he was physically. He has made 22 starts and 9 sub appearances for the Chelsea youth teams and has scored 13 and assisted 5.

Our development rating: A+

Patrik Sangle

View attachment 346206 View attachment 346152

Patrik has shown minor improvement in a few areas, but nothing too special. He'll need to step up his development in order to keep up with the rest. He made 7 youth appearances, failing to score. But he has impressed in his 2nd team games, scoring 5 in 14 appearances (8 as a sub).

Our development rating: C

Sasha Thomas

View attachment 346205 View attachment 346150

If you were wondering why Sasha was so highly rated 6 months ago, then wonder no more. He has shown some really impressive improvements in many areas and looks capable of playing a few first team games next season. His strength is particularly impressive. He has made 20 starts and 22 sub appearances in Evertons youth teams and has scored 10 goals and
set up 5.

Our development rating: A

Sam Mclaughlin

View attachment 346203 View attachment 346146

Sam has made progress but not as much as the other guys in the premier league youth teams. Quite disappointing from such a highly rated youngster and Liverpool. He has made 14 starts and 16 youth appearances for Liverpool, but only managed to score 3 and assist 2.

Our development rating: C

Shaahid Jhetam

View attachment 346201 View attachment 346141

Shaahid has shown almost no improvement but this is largely due to lack of game time. He has made just 6 appearances at youth level and scored 4. Good performances, but just not enough development.

Our development rating: C-

Stefan Tesla

View attachment 346200 View attachment 346139

Much like Shaahid, Stefan has shown almost no improvement despite impressive performances. He made 10 starts and 3 sub appearances at youth level, scoring 7. He has also made 2 first team sub appearances.

Our development rating: C

The only way I can add you is if I edit an existing player somewhere in the game, but I wouldnt be able to get the right Height/Weight or favoured/disliked clubs and people as the editor doesnt allow me to change this

Woo! A+ for me! Looks like facilities are better than 1st team football.

I'm okay with that, however i would like to have that 190cm+ guy. Is it fine for you?

I told you Man City was a good move. At this young age it seems facilities are important because youth games are competitive enough, but within a couple of seasons, around age 18 and upwards, first team games are reall vital

"I'm enjoying my time at Bayern Munich"
We caught up with DJ Reider, 16, after his most recent youth game for the German Giants. We asked him a few questions about how he felt, being at such a big club at such a young age.

"Why did you choose to play at Bayern Munich?"
He replied,"As a little kid I was surrounded with friends and family who loved the club, and when they came to me with an offer, I couldn't refuse!"

"How is life at the club?"
He replied, "Wonderful, better than anyone could imagine! There are so many amazing players here to look up to, such as Thomas Muller! I'm enjoying my time at Bayern Munich!"

DJ Reider started out in Bayern's 2nd team, but the coaches quickly recognized he wasn't ready just quite yet, so he was placed into the U-19's squad, where he is regularly starring. In 23 games, DJ has slotted away 11 goals and assisted another 2 with the youth team. This is a kid to keep an eye on, as he is already playing at such a big club! The transfer window has arrived now, will he go out on loan to get some first team football? Only time will tell.

Lewie enjoying life in the north east.

Lewie has put in some good performances in the youth team, getting 6 goals and 2 assists. Perhaps the best moment for him was making his debut in the Capital One Cup Vs Coventry.

WINTER 2014: NO MAJOR TRANSFERS

NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK

On a recent scouting missions to Poland and Spain, two new young strikers who match up to our lads have been discovered. Lets meet them.

Oliver Grocott

View attachment 346028

This young Spaniard shows average technical and mental attributes but certainly has his strengths like Composure and Dribbling. But he is really brilliant on the physical side of the game with very good movement. It will be interesting seeing him mature.

Grzegorz Brzeczyszczykiewicz

View attachment 346030
Grzegorz is more of a balanced player with fantastic Stamina and work rate. He will be an asset to any team who can develop his mental skills.
