I tried the new Counter tactic. Tied with PSG, then tied with Monaco (both good results for my small team), then destroyed Sochaux I like it!

I took your Counter tactic and just moved the CF over to the left one mark, to give the EG more room to do his thing. The results have been amazing.

It's turned my crappy French team into an unbeatable defensive machine...while still scoring the 2nd most goals.

Pretty decent results so far, but I think I'll need to tweak my defence a bit as I have an exceptionally old and slow defence.

Is that with the original or the newer counter version? MPLS Counter with OI

I've found that one to be much better for both big and small teams. I haven't tried it with an MLS team yet though...

I'm using the counter one when I am the underdog and the original when I'm the favorite. My defence stinks rotten fish though, Jay DeMerit is as fast as a dead turtle.

Haha, speed is not his strong suit, that's for sure. Honestly, I've just been using the Counter version for home and away, favorite and underdog now. It seems to be working better for all situations. I'll try it with an MLS team tonight though...should be a good challenge for the tactic!
