Martin Hmara: What a star player. 5 goals in 1 game. There are not many players in history who have achieved this remarkable result. As I mentioned last month our midfield is THE BEST in the League 2 and these 3 Lowry, Forson and Iago can do incredible things in League 1 as well. Securing promotion to League 1 so early gives big motivational boost and things we´ve done in past seasons are showing finally great results. After winning Vanarama National and becoming professional side gave a huge boost. Selling Mosconi was not easy but necessary to clear financial danger and to keep improving training facilities. They are after last update already in level good. Looking to finish season well and already doing plans with club director, assistant manager and chief of scouting team. Need to put clear focus points were we need to improve to get a good result next season. Risk assessment, targets, prospects, selling list, personalities, tactics changes etc.

Martin Hmara: Indispensable and super form full season long. Looking great things from him next season. Unfortunately his partner in midfield Omari Forson was sold and leave Blyth in the summer for 2,5 million £ to Cardiff. Trying to find a good player next to him so we could have similar lever midfield who will dominate in League 1 as well. Superb player and could easily play in higher standard.

Martin Hmara: I am delighted with transfer period before the start of the season. We managed to strengthen defense, midfield and attack. Montolio from free transfer total bargain. Dicker and Moynes for season long loan deals will make us loads of goals hopefully. Personally I believe we can achieve respectable league position this season and build up for after that fight for upper table and why not promotion fight next season. What we lack is a good GK backup or new main GK. Scouting team know their task and hopefully before transfer period is closed we get a solid new GK

Martin Hmara: We got really good offer for Juan and after Aston Villa agreed to loan back him for a full season the deal was approved. 4 million £ + future 50% profit from next sale. I think we managed to get superb deal. Need to focus on finding replacement for future. Hopefully we have some time for it

Martin Hmara: Second deal we closed before transfer period closed was loan deal for Sietinsons. He was with us already last season with loan and I know his capabilities. Good deal to back up in front for possible injuries or red cards.

Martin Hmara: Remarkable how we managed to spend only 50k £ and gain 7,5 Million £. I personally hope it will boost my chances to get approvals on improving training and youth facilities and in the bigger picture gives opportunity to think about new stadium. To sum up it was very good transfer season for Green Army.

Martin Hmara: It is hard work to push through important changes in club. You need to be persistent and continue even after failing and continuously being rejected by club board. We have the finances and we need to utilize it before we pay huge tax or give dividends for owners. Step by step it is crucial to move forward with plans to build new stadium. I agreed to extend my stay with Green Army and now new contract will end 2031. By that time I want to get at least promotion to Championship.
