Bolton Owner Rubbishes Villa Claims


On what has quickly become an increasingly busy deadline evening for new Bolton man Eoin McGregor the latest Aston Villa statement has lead to yet another reply.

'With no offence, Mr Lochrie is clutching at straws here. There has been conversation of any kind, in my knowledge, between Mr Lochrie and my friend Mr Richardson in regards to Danny Wilson. Tillie glad window is Shut

A rather fed up Reading Chairman Scott Tillie said he was glad that this useless window was finally shut. He stated that other than the two signings already made, he found the Window to be completely pointless and a waste of his time. He said:

"I don't see the point in these windows, for two reasons. First, the prices of 90% of the players is ridiculous, although some chairman value their players more realistically most are just demanding far too much money. Second, in January i blew a gasket because a deal was done (or so i thought) then it wasn't. Well im sad to say the same thing has happened again and to be honest? I couldn't care. To get played the way i did was just nonsense. You can't confirm a deal then just change your mind after the deal is agreed. I am a firm believer in standing true to your word and that honesty and integrity go a very very long way, is it just me? Must be."

He went on to applaud some of the deals done by Chairman in the league, he had a special mention for the "Pasty King"

"Despite the fact i think he has a few screws loose, to get £18m Tevez and Kolarov for the players he did was unbelievable. Maybe its just me but that's a sensational deal. Most chairman have done good deals, i'm expecting big things from my mate Scotty in the Foreign window as he has been very quite so far. Also, QPR seemed to be panic buying, i mean the players he bought were back-up players to teams around about where they are so it seems strange but hey, each to their own. I would like to wish everyone a good season and maybe the 20 of us could get together socially one weekend? Golf weekend? Or am I dreaming that the 20 of us could get on? Possibly"

Although he did not seem his usual cheery self he was still in good spirits. Once again things at the Madjeski just feel and seem optimistic and ambitious.

Can of Worms

After the Bolton chairmans words regarding the deal between Aston Villa and Liverpool over Danny Wilson being void was responded with Mr Lochrie stating 'If our deal with young Danny is cancelled by the 'FA' then they would be openning up a can of worms as this would then question the validity of any Manager too Manager deals that are worked out because these would have no input in by their respective Chairman'
There are reports that this could rumble on for a long time because reports within the club state that should Wilson be transferred over too Bolton for their loan deal then the Villa Chairman would demand the return of Adam Lallana who transferred too Swansea on a deal worth £875k + Leon Britton that he says he had no input over. This also then could give the Everton chairman a stand so he could try too get Baines Fellaini and Heitenga back too his club should he wish too pursue the issue.

The transfer window has shut and Swansea have signed 2 excellent players in Kevin De Bruyne for 6.5m and Nathan Redmond on loan while selling Pablo,Rodallega,Squillaci,Bartley,Lallana and Ki to get some well needed money.Touching on the Reading chairmans Aidan Murphy said,"This is a ruthless business and whoever offers the most money will get the player,and thats the way it is.Id also like to say that Reading supposedly with a lot of money should of came in with a higher bid!" The big news of the day is the sacking of Laudrup and Murphy has told us that the new manager will be announced tomorrow!"

Billionaire Chris Tonkin had only just learned of the Aston Villa Chairmans rant about transfers and was not happy that one of his players was dragged into it.
He had this to say; 'Fellaini has been at the club longer than i have so is going nowhere if anyone wants to take him from us i am one of the richest Pasty Tycoons in the world and have a private bodyguard of 500 Cornishmen who will keep anyone from taking Fellaini'

In an even stranger twist he then seemed to agree with the Aston Villa owner whether this was sincere of he just likes taking a pop at the Liverpool regime who knows; '
If Aston Villa have already got rights to signing a player Liverpool cant sell him twice maybe this shows how desperate players are to leave Liverpool, they accepted any and every offer they get.

With the Foreign Transfer Window soon to start Tonkin had this to say;

Liverpool Complete Summer Deals

Liverpool owner Richardson had this to say, "Borini has made the club some good money, we got rid of Brad Jones and now have sufficient quality cover at goalkeeper." He had this to say on Liverpool's exciting new deal with Bolton, "It is a great opportunity to develop our youngsters and keep my friend's team in the league, Coates has a recall clause, if we need it and I don't even understand what Villa are saying."

Tonkin Ecstatic With Last Gasp Deal

Chelsea fans were hailing new owner Chris Tonkin for his wheeling and dealing which in total saw £12million go out for the club in transfers but most importantly £37million come in on outgoing deals.
The last minute deal to sign Dzeko was kept under close wraps after previous negogtiations for Damiao, Bent and Cisse could not be concluded.
He had this to say of the deal; '£12million for a player of Dzeko's calibre is brillaint for us and the future fee is something we hope wont come into effect if Dzeko becomes a success at Chelsea.
With all 3 of Chelsea's deals coming from Man City he had this to say, Man City are a brilliant side and their Chairman does not overestimate players worth and is one of the easiest Chairman to deal with.​

After the sacking of Michael Laudrup,pundits and fans were intrigued as to who Murphy would ask to replace the popular Dane.Sky Sports have just broke the news that Aidan Murphy has went for the controversial and outspoken Italian Paolo Di Canio to replace him.Murphy had this to say minutes ago,"Paolo is a fantastic manager and has the personality to take this club to the next level,he has ambition to make this club succeed and I think he has that touch of Mourinho about him." The estastic manager had this to say,"I cant wait to get started at this fantastic club and get going and I guarantee we will be a better team under my management,I think I've got it all,man management,charisma,ambition and I'll prove all those idiotic people wrong." Perhaps these two are a match made in heaven and are clearly already showing they are not willing to accept 17th again.We will certaintly see more from these controversial duo in the up coming months.Finally on a funnier note Di Canio finished with this to say,"I hear that QPR have made some good signings,such as Matthew Briggs and Costel Pantilimon" while bursting out in laughter as he sarcastically finished his unveiling to the public.

QPR have confirmed the signings of Bongani Khumalo, Gael Kakuta, Oriol Romeu,Matthew Briggs,Marco Munisea and Romain Amalfitano.
Chairman Randy has chosen not to respond to Swansea's stupid and insolent comments, as he feels sorry for them, being so bad and all.That is what he would LIKE to say.But, he is sticking to his laurels and not saying anything, apart from congratulating the new signings on joining the club.

Money not the issue!!

Scott Tillie has today come out and blasted the new Swansea chairman. Tillie had previously made comments about being stung in ANOTHER deal during this transfer window. He stated that the deal had been agreed by both parties then cancelled. After Mr Murphy commented saying it was a "ruthless business" Tillie has rebuked that this was the reason behind his failed attempt.

"Mr Murphy has got it ALL wrong. I had no problem paying his higher fee. My problem with this guy is that the deal was AGREED, paperwork done, then he backs out and says "oh sorry i got more money for him" all of this with less than 10 minutes to go in the window. So Mr Murphy you are wrong in your assumption about me. It may be a "ruthless business" but what you did was wrong, had the deal not been agreed then fine i could accept, but it had and that's what is so frustrating. I twice upped my bid and you still stabbed me in the back!! So you can say all you want about money but that was NEVER the issue. The issue is your transfer methods Sir."

Tillie seemed a bit frustrated by comments made by Murphy and felt the need to clear the air. To be honest, when Mr Murphy's comments came out, it was hard to believe as the fee was not that high and Reading are one of the most financially secure teams in the league. Interesting either way from the Scottish Engineering Magnate who seems to be a bit stronger this year, sticking up for himself and his team more. Roll on the season.

After the angry response from Readings chairman,Aidan Murphy has replied by indicating that Tillie needs to get over it and stop moaning."Yes,this happened,but this is the business.There was 10 minutes to go , I was stressed in getting as much money for the foreign transfer window and that was it.I got offered a higher bid and I accepted it.I think Tillie needs to get over it and accept this is the business.This has happened in many occasions such as Loic Remy about to join Newcastle but QPR jumped in and signed him.Maybe Tillie just doesnt understand the basics of the transfer window."

QPR have announced the termination of former manager Christopher Daum's contract. Chairman Randy had this to say "The former chairman David Hasselhoff (who in my opinion is a stuck-up little...) hired Daum because he had seen a funny picture of him on the internet.He has no managerial skill whatsoever."
QPR have confirmed they have a replacement lined up and are just waiting for permission from the league to announce it.

After a quiet few days at Chelsea following the recent Chairman transfer windows Tonkin had this to say on the approaching season;
'I cannot wait for the season to begin now we have a couple of foreign transfers to tie up but then the real fun begins and with our signings i believe we shall be back in the running for the league'
He also spoke of Guardiola's position at the club; 'Guardiola is a brilliant manager and besides im not going to pay £22million to get rid of him along with Alexis Sanchez and the minus balance this is just another part of the previous regime we have to put up with'
His final words to the media were this;
