"But on the other hand - and I won't mention any names - there are chairmen that have a terrible attitude, and are difficult to deal with. Already this window, I was close to accepting a bid for one of our star players, only for the other chairmen to be disrespectful, so I changed my mind and rejected the bid. If he had shown a little more class, he would have improved his team immensely, but now I am reluctant to talk with him again."

Bring back Joe Kinnear at least he knew what he was doing

Newcastle Let Cabaye Leave

In a surprising turn of events, Newcastle United owner Scott Trowers has performed a u-turn on his decision to reject all bids for star player Yohan Cabaye.

The much-sought after centre-mid has been rumoured to of been the subject of several top clubs throughout both the Summer and January transfer windows. However, Trowers' resolve to keep the player has finally been broken, as he is now willing to listen to bids for the highly-rated Frenchman.

"Unfortunately, I can confirm that after talks with the lad, he isn't fully committed to the club at the moment. I respect his decision, as we all know what a fantastic player he is. He is thinking of leaving, and I'm not going to hold him back. I would like a swift conclusion if at all possible, but I do warn any interested clubs I am stubborn when it comes to selling my best players."

A few days ago, Cabaye's agent revealed in an interview with L'Equipe that his client had been the subject of several bids from Manchester City and Arsenal, although no deal had been agreed. The bookies believe that Manchester City may be the favourite to land the player, closely followed by PSG, Manchester United and Arsenal.

Palace 'close' on 'five' more signings

Aidan Murphy lauded by Palace fans as 'the master of deadline day' spoke live on Sky Sports News to Jim White about the possibility of more Crystal Palace signings. When asked ''WHO??'' by Jim White, Murphy said , ' Well I don't want to say anymore until they are done but we are close to five more signings. I feel that this club deserves the best players and hopefully we can get them in with only 6 hours to go.'' Murphy also added , '' I would be extremely worried if I was in the bottom half. With us signing new players I think we will EASILY stay up. The likes of Cardiff, West Ham, Southampton , Norwich have practically did nothing so far so unless they sign some world class players then they'll be in for a nervy couple of months. Also, to be honest I've been quite shocked by the likes of Hull for example, they've clearly put all their eggs in the Summer window and they're doing terrible and it doesn't look like they are doing much more business due to media pressure so I feel quite sorry for Beckham and Hull fans as this chairman has clearly destroyed their chances of staying up but then again with new chairman such as Splat and Spanishdave who have barely no experience I'm sure they won't be far off either especially if they kept trying to pick rows with me.'' Murphy then left the live interview with Jim White laughing smugly and seems to be back to his best again.

Arsenal rubbish Cabaye rumours

After the earlier comments from Newcastle chairman Scott Trowers Arsenal topman Kim Sing-Park has rubbished reports that the midfielder could be making his way to the club.

'Yohan is not a player we are looking to sign at this point in time. I can confirm that we have done a few deals and I will be rounding up who has been brought in at the end of the window.'

Born, what happens if I accept two bids of the same amount for a player? Do I need to decide one, or what?

Walker Says Outgoings Likely
Walker has today come out and set that he is looking to offload a few players before tonight deadline in order to fund some transfers that he would like to make.
?I will not be making any new signings from other chairmen unless I can sell a player to fund the deal, I have made a profit this window and I plan on keeping that going. I would like three new players which would mean making enough money to fund these from players I currently have in my squad, I urge any chairmen that are interested in our players to come forward and contact me about them?
Transfer List:
Brad Jones - 1.5m
Daniel Agger - 18m
Mo Diame - 6m
Gabby Agbonlahor - 6m
Luis Alberto - 8m
Iago Aspas - 7m
EVERY PLAYER IS AVAILABLE AT THE RIGHT PRICE JUST CONTACT ME!!!!
Also I will only be on until about 945 GMT tonight because I?m off out after that so please contact me in plenty of time if you want to get a deal done.
