You need to add your current wage budget to the 100k

At the end of this week I will hold a silent auction, where everyone sends me the contract amount over and then the highest contract takes the player

Just one note of caution. With the experience of playing chairman games for quite a while now, everyone will have to be patient. It is a huge amount of work for bornexplorer to get through and therefore he wont be replying to PMs straight away most of the time. All that is required from us (chairmen) is patience along with consistent posting. This will make the job a **** of a lot easier and we'll be able to progress a lot faster!!
