Their is a difference between tapping up and breaking fifa rules by persuading a player to terminate his contract.

You can't deny their was dodgy **** going on your part in the mikel deal.

So tapping up a player is not breaking Fifa's rules then?

The day Mikel comes out and says Chelsea persuaded him to join will be the day i agree with you.
