wins with a very high press, going very well for me.. Creates many many chances, if I had better finishers it could have been 6 or 7.

My Crotone second season. Using 4231 for all games and 4141 against top 5 teams. Leading Juve 3 points after 21 games. Knocked out of Champs league and Italy cup though but that's what I wish for

After conquering Germany with Schalke, i wanted to try with my favorite club, Fulham. They just got relegated to League1 and the board demanded a promotion.

I felt that both 442, 4141 and 4231 was to unstable for my team, so i gave it a try with the 3412, and the results are awsome! I was promoted from League1 this season, and in on my way to promotion to Premier League.

My training is Normal/Balanced and matchpreparation is two ticks from the left (Attacking). Rest after match.

First 26 games got me 18-5-3 and a GD of 60-25. Im 12p ahead of nr2 in the league.
Only issue is that the players make a lot of mistakes during the games, but i guess this tactic wasnt made for smaller clubs. lolView attachment 107304View attachment 107303

First season with Forest Green using 5230 by same author, no OIs. Won league easily and reached last 8 of FA Cup, beating Doncaster, Derby and Chelsea on our way.

End of my Crotone second season with both 4231 and 4141. Another second place... again lost my lead near the end of season and Juve having an invincible season. Narrow lost to Tottenham in Europa semi :'(

Yes, I think this is the newest one he uploaded. Media prediction was 1st so winning the league is not really a surprise, although only 3 losses and 18 conceded is impressive. But eliminating Chelsea, Derby and Doncaster (0:8!) while keeping clean sheet is unbelieveable. We were eventually knocked out by Tottenham after 4:0 defeat.

I got both 3412 and 343 link below. Am using both of them now somehow I feel 343 is a little better, maybe it depends on the team.
