This is with the 4411 tweak. Atlético 4th season, using some aging players in the starting 11, like Juanfran (34), Guilherme Siqueira (33) and Godin (33). I would say it's almost as good as the 442.




 
galego25 is the 4-4-1-1 tweak your own?, if yes please share so I can test.

do you still use ois with your tweak?
 
My first year at Flamengo, no super team, predicted 7th.
Playing FM Touch. Using no OI's. Training at balanced. Went for "real" Wide midfileders.
Conceded 11 goals in my last 8 leagues matches (was already champion, started rotating).
Won the brazilian cup.
These are the results you get easily with this tactic (at least playing FM Touch).

What about this special match? Jumped from my chair like crazy yelling (I think my neighbours though I was watching a real football match).
Brazilian cup final (had lost first leg 0-1):
Minute 88: about to win the cup.
Minute 89: about to lose the cup.
Minute 90+1: victory goal, the cup is mine!
