where do I find the tactic file on my computer to extract it using 7zip? ive installed 7zip but cant find the file on my pc?

Hard for me to answer, as i don't know where your downloads go on your pc, personally i've setup my browser to ask for location to put the downloaded files everytime i download anything - tactics or other stuff there needs unpacking i drop at my desktop, unpack and move to where it belongs.
