Changing team shape to highly structured does wonders. Give it a try, works great for me.

Changed to highly structured and I'm having tons of fun switching between 4411, 442 and 4141 to my convenience, even during a match. Plays beautifully in FMC (or FMT if you prefer ).

Well I'm keeping the 4411 as my main tactic, but any of the 3 plays great. You should have a AMC that also plays as a striker, to make the 4411 to 442 transition easier. But most important STRONGLY recommend the highly structured tweak suggested by farcraze.

Just been promoted with Middlesbrough, will be using this in the Premier League!
I used it in the semi final of the FA cup against city and won 4-0!!

Overall a good season. Started with Sir Goalalot but changed to DS Overload Madness 4-4-1-1 around christmas. Most goals but needles to say that too many conceded. A few times played with high defence line and changed mentality to counter otherwise didnt change a thing.
