We dominated but struggled to find the net and the game was stop and start with 3 players picking up injuries but Halilovic turned on the style and netted twice with Cekici netting a 3rd to all but confirm our place in the Playoffs.

4 amazing wins in the league as we play free flowing football netting a shed load of goals but the defence havent been as good conceding in every league game, We also won in the Croatian Cup with Kramaric and Halilovic loving being back in the same team.

Im loving that were not only top of the table we have 3 games in hand on Rijeka whilst Hajduk have already lost twice this season.

Best Player - Kramaric is loving life back in Zagreb having netted 13 goals in his first 14 games, put into perspective our Top Goalscorer only had 16 goals last season.

In Germany against Leverkusen we managed a 3-3 draw which would seem a good result but at one point we were 3-1 up before they scored a couple of late goals to put them level but they did run us ragged after the break so it was probably deserved

So we struggled for a bit without Kramaric only managing a 1-1 draw against Inter Zapresic before a Xavi penalty was the difference in the match against Zadar.
We then came from 3-1 behind to draw with Hajduk in the league before our Spanish contingent dispatched of another lower league team in the Cup.

So first off we brought Leverkusen back to Zagreb and showed them who should be 3rd seed with a resound 3-0 victory made all the sweeter with all 3 goals scored by Croatian players. When Sertic came on we had 6 Croatians in the starting lineup so it shows i havent lost the soul of the club with my new additions.

So RB van Rhijn has asked to leave because Roma are interested i agreed as long as they met my asking price, his value is £4.4Million but i want around £8Million not a crazy figure and all they offer is £3.8Million and he gets mad!
They take the mick sometimes with these offers surely if your interested in a player you should at least meet his value!

Well we really shot ourselves in the foot in the game against AC Milan going from 1-0 up to 2-1 down all before the half hour mark as they equalize and we then score an own goal.
Xavi managed to net an equalizer from a penalty late in the first half but we really should have kicked on and won the match as they had a player sent off with half the game to go.

Oh yes we beat Man City!!!! 3-0 in Zagreb as Man City who have already qualified for the knockout stages of the Champions League rest a lot of key players with the likes of barely used Bony, Garlick, Lopes and Milner getting a game and we turn them over!
Kramaric was in top form anyway so he easily bossed this game and got us our biggest win in Europe ever.

4 wins out of 5 in the league with some decent performances and we seem to have shored up our defence with 4 clean sheets this month and at least 3 goals scored in most of the games we played.
The only points we dropped was a 0-0 bore draw against Hajduk.

In the last year Vlasic has never really got a game for us despite a lot of potential but his transfer was just as much about taking him from Hajduk last year, We bought him for £5Million and sold him for £8.75Million just a year later

van Rhijn leaves for £7.5Million, he spent 2 and a half years with us after joining for £5Million, he was a good player for us and i would have liked to have kept him but he was far too annoying about wanting to leave.

So with my transfers i like to go for like for like replacements getting rid of a player before bringing one in.

First off i brought in Nicholas Bacolla a Striker but i see him playing on our left wing, hes a much better player than Vlasic and we played almost £2Million less for him than we got for Vlasic. He must be a talent as hes value has shot up to over £10Million our first player valued at double figures.

We put 5 past Zagreb in the Croatian Cup Qtr Finals 1st leg whereas in the league we won just 3 out of 4 matches dropping points to Lokomotiva at the end of the month who must have finally sussed us out after beating them twice in the league around a month ago.

We put 5 past Zagreb again in the 2nd leg of the Cup and set up a Semi Final against Cibalia with most of the bigger clubs already out of the competition.
It was going so well in the league with 3 brilliant wins in a row with the goals flying in but then Split came along and ruined it all by beating us! It was our first loss in around 80 league games having last lost to Hajduk in the league in February 2017!

In the Croatian Cup we comfortably beat Cibalia over two legs in the Semi Finals putting 4 past them in the 1st leg at our place and narrowly beating them 1-0 in the 2nd leg to set up an interesting Final against Inter Zapresic.

After suffering our first defeat in the league in more than 2 years we got back on track with 4 impressive wins including putting 6 past main rivals Hajduk with Halilovic netting 4 goals himself and setting up the other 2.

After that win against Hajduk were now 11 points clear with 5 games to go and thanks to the 4 goals Halilovic put past Hajduk hes up into second behind Kramaric in the race for the Golden Boot

Best Player - Victor Garcia - the RB has slotted into the team perfectly since van Rhijn left and im not sure if he was undervalued or what by my scouting staff as hes seen as a much better player since joining.

A poor 1-1 draw in a game where we had over 30 chances but only found the net thanks to a Halilovic penalty which just about saw us through after they went ahead.

Another decent display but they also had more chances at their place but we had Halilovic to thank for another penalty after they went ahead, we then had Cekici net a decent striker to put us into the lead before Kramaric netted the third late on as the oppositions legs started to tire.
