DOMINATE THE GAME WITH STABLE DEFENCE WORKS FOR SMALL TEAMS

What do you guys look for in terms of stats when sorting out which CB plays where in the formation?
 
I think this tactic is so underrated

So guys,
I'm managing a very very very low league manager (English League level 22)
I might not gonna find a lot of players with great attributes.

But then, there must be an attribute priority when you're looking players for a certain position.
Can you tell me what attribute should I looking for certain position?

So far, my priority attributes are :
DC : Strength, Pace(No less than 9)
MC : Vision, Work Rate, Bravery, Determine,
AMC : Off The Ball, Vision, Long Shot
ML / MR : Flair, Crossing, Pace
ST : Off The Ball, Pace, Acc

My team always dominate the possession 65-80% per match (That was crazy)
But my team doesnt always score, and often, somehow, lose despite of the high ball possession.

Yeah, thats why I think this tactic is best suited for mid table/lower half teams considering how defensive it is. If you are a big club then you will deffo get some amazing results but you'll also find yourself perhaps drawing or even losing matches that you should win, just because its defensiveness.
If you're a smaller club with less expectations to do well - and drawing/losing are more okay - then it will be a perfect fit.

La Liga with Valencia
Spanish Cup Valencia
Europa League Valencia

German League with Leverkusen
This was 1st season after leaving Valencia

Were in 2025 now

A friend of my is using that tactic, but he struggles playing with it. Could you post some screens to see how your teams is performing.
 
I can't score at my home aganist lower teams. Almost 20-30 shoot everygame but no goal :(
