Mr. Blatter's monthly email. We must be above 6th, surel.... oh.

6th again, how do this stupid ranking system work? What do I need to do for some points? Jeez.

That's quite unlucy mate, but there's 5 quality teams above you.

Easy draw for the WC there, you should get through it.

I've been managing the England team for a while now, successfully I suppose. And I've been linked with a fair few club jobs.

But what I didn't expect, was an actual offer. Cagliari chairman Federico Giorgio contacted me and offered me the job of Cagliari Manager.

I accepted.

I am the new Cagliari Manager. :D

Joke.
Sorry Tony, I couldn't resist. :p

You fuckwit. :)

We're 1-1 now, so no more ;)

fantastic story so far, its made better by the fact their is communication between the 'chairman' the 'manager' and the 'fans' as it really makes it feel somehow like RL keep it up.

Egypt game gets closer by the day and it's squad announcement day today. I had a few things to think about.

See if you can spot the Spaniard. :)

But also, I was having a think about my 3-4-3 formation. It leaves Ashley Cole out, one of my best defenders. :/

I'm going to try it against Egypt, nevertheless, but I don't think it'll suit our first-teamers.

Good luck with that match pal. I don't think you'll need it however.

Procter: Ames' Job Is Safe Until After World Cup

Tony Procter has today announced that Ed Ames' job as manager is safe until after the World Cup at least. There was speculation that Ames could be on his way out a few months ago, but head of FA Procter has confirmed that his job is safe until after the World Cup.

Egypt tonight.

Just drawing some final changes to the team for tonight. I'm trying to fit a few guys in that really shouldn't be in this formation, I don't think it is going to work.

Almunia gets his debut in goal. Not because he is getting the #1 jersey but because this way he can't play for Spain, ever. And if I get an injury crisis, he isn't actually that bad, right?

A solid performance but it just didn't click and I am really not liking this new 3-4-3. I'm going to go back to the old 4-2-3-1 and with Owen Hargreaves back in the squad, I have so brilliant options.

Nice to know my job is safe, grateful to Mr. Procter for letting me know.

cool how many applicants you got for the vice-president

Good result vs Egypt, and actually I find Alumnia a fairl solid GK in the game, despite his real-life performances :P
