its two things mate, the system is all wrong as per with England managers, and Roy just isn't big team material. He will overachieve with perceived smaller clubs like your West Broms, Fulhams etc but he just isn't a front foot assertive manager.

They did give you 2 days to start the formalities to leave the EU(RO). Nobody informed the players it wasn't about them.

I always back England in major tournaments, since Hungary rarely qualifies, but this is the worse I've seen in some time.
