I haven't downloaded the filters no, I just play players where you'd imagine they fit into this system.

Juan Fernando Quintero is an absolute beast(!) in the advanced playmaker-role! Got him with my newly promoted Watford-side(spent way too much considering my economy). However, his stats are plain amazing.

First season in the Premiership: 30(1) matches - 28 goals - 26 assists - 16 BB

Second season: 36(2) matches - 27 goals - 32 assists - 17 BB

He has started the third season slower, but I am currently testing a new tactic where he has to go out wide on the wing. I miss his brilliance so I think I have to go back to this tactic again for the rest of the season.

My best season on FM 14 by a mile, won all 3 competitions I was in. The 2 league defeats came when i was resting players for the CL final.

I left General and Match training to my assistant, in for Individual just trained the players for the position they played with heavy intensity.

My U18's also won their league playing the tactic with a record of 37-1-0.

I only used the base tactic and never changed to the other 2.

An absolute masterpiece mate, best tactic for me since the Grid on 2012.

And before anyone starts, I don't give a **** that i'm only Barca, i've used some of the other top tactics on here with them and still failed to win the treble.

Guys, I also redone Waste Time version, changed it to strikerless 5 defenders tactic. Now it's double as solid!

Transformation of Base version into new Waste Time version isn't hard. Many DMs have at least "Competent" rating for Central Defender so when I use it I just move DM to CD and one of MCs to DM.

You can train RVP to play AMC position and he should do just fine as Advanced Playmaker.

Won BPL and FA-cup first season. What can I say, it's truly epic!

But when I do loose, I often loose heavily. My worst loss was 1-5 away against Liverpool who was in 12th place at the time.

As you can see, I've conceeded quite a few goals, but I'm guessing that is due to poor quality of defensive players.

Guys, I've tweaked Team crosses and individual cross settings for DL/DR positions. I'll upload this update a bit later.

Also I recommend if player has "Finishing" less than 11 teach him PPM "Shots With Power" in this case his score rate improves greatly.
