Welcome to our final instalment of the season on newly bought clubs in Europe here is a summary of each team in there respective divisions

Premier Division

It was a season to remember for Newcastle fans they made the top 4 and also won the FA cup, Diego |Costa being pivotal for them scoring 20 league goals so silverware and top 4 in Jake Robinson's initial season as Newcastle owner. Elsewhere Everton finished 5th 1 point behind Arsenal they just couldn't get the result against the big boys when it mattered but I would imagine they'll be back next season hungrier than ever. Southampton had a steady first season under new ownership and finished a respectable 9 point's behind champions league place they will surely be a force next year. Elsewhere championship contenders bolton nailed promotion and look forward to being back in Englands Elite.

Belgian First Division

Despite a struggling start Anderlecht managed to overcome that and sneak a champions league place but it was at times a season of inconsistency for Van Den Brom's men it reamians to be seen if his assistant Solskjaer will be promoted to the manager's position.

Ligue 1

It really was a season to remember for PSG as they strolled to victory in Ligue 1 but it was their european adventure that caught many people's eye Laudrup will be hoping for more of the same next season from his men especially Zlatan who was clinical in front of goal with 35 goals overall.

Germany

Schalke had a good first season under brendan rodgers finishing third in the bundesliga they had a disappointing european campaign crashing out of the champions league at the group phase and then going out at the quarter final stage of the europa league. But new chairman Lewie Roberts will be hoping this is the start of something new. Elsewhere big spending 1860 Munich strolled to promotion and will be looking to mix it with the bundesliga big boys.

Holland

It was a season that promised so much for Ajax but they seemed to just run out of gas with losses at critical moments costing them the title and ultimately a Champions League place it remains to be seen what chairmans Nath Walkers next move will be after hefty outlaws on new players

Italy

It was a historic season for Juventus with an unprecedented treble winning the league by 9 points scooping the Coppa Italia and winning the champions league, Next season will be tough though with no winners of the European Cup since it evolved into the champions league has ever retained their title will Juventus make yet more history

Portugal

It was Heartbreak for FCP they just couldn't overturn the two point deficit on Braga and thus losing the title by two point's they did however win the Taca De Portugal and Capello will be getting ready to go again next season.

Spain

Real Betis had a fine season claiming third in La Liga and making the champions league group stages betis really did surprise everyone and their new chairman must surely be over the moon. Celta Vigo let a top 4 finish slip from their grasp but new chairman Dale Henderson is said to be happy with the first season and is hoping that they can build on things next year.

The Chile international has hailed his side's desire to continue to challenge for silverware,
and added that he believes 2014 will be the most important year in his career, a bold statement given he has just won the treble with The Old Lady.

Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal is of the opinion that the Bianconeri can secure another historic treble next season.

The Old Lady held an nine-point advantage in Serie A, along with victory in the Coppa Italia and the Champions League.

While Vidal has stressed that a successful defense of their Scudetto crown is the main objective, he believes the side are capable of achieving even more.

Epic reports:-

Italy

It was a historic season for Juventus with an unprecedented treble winning the league by 9 points scooping the Coppa Italia and winning the champions league, Next season will be tough though with no winners of the European Cup since it evolved into the champions league has ever retained their title will Juventus make yet more history

The question on everyone's lips is will bornexplorer88 continue to be in-charge of "The Old Lady", there has been continuous reports that he is looking to take the profits of this season at Juventus and run off back to England and potentially purchase his favoured club, Manchester City. But we are still awaiting official confirmation of this.

Announcements

First foremost season is over well done to all those who had success and comiserations to thos who didn't (me included!) Now few things as I have made you all aware I am nights I got told last night that it is going to be for the next month 6pm-6am is not pleasant I have to say but once I fit sleep into the equation its nigh on impossibale for me to get all your requests done so it is going to be one of three things,

we go to one update a week I f i am to carry on by myself doing this realistically once I have done work, mrs, kids and had some down time and slept then yeah realistically this is going to be a weekend only thing with me getting to stuff during the week when I can.

second option someone helps with requests and we try and speed things up a bit but this could get complicated so not sure how best to do it

third option we stop playing something I really do not want to do because I am enjoying it but if once a week is not enough for you guys I am sorry but with my new shifts I just cannot commit to more

next announcement save is at the bottom its loaded to the 7th june so tv rights etc are not showing in balance yet but your youth squads may be worth a look, need wonderkid details off the winners ad I will dish out prize money etc too.

Last but not least I am calling a poster amnesty some people got real involved and posted lots and some people didn't and poated maybe once over the last 4 updates so what I am gunna say is this, posting starts again but don't post for two updates and you're out and the people who didn't post regular over the season don't bother asking me about transfers because I won't reply I think that is fair given how much work I put into this and the amoutn of work other people put into their stories and characters

anyway I am off back to bed night all

I'd love to take on something but at the moment I don't have time...

I am happy with one update a week, I think that's plenty but I do prefer a casual and patient game, this should also give more time to the people that haven't been able to get involved as much and they can surely manage one post/update a week.

Unfortunately I dont have time to help with updates and PM request...which is the reason I had to close my chairman game after running it for a few months. I work crazy hours and work 90 mins from where I live which puts an extra 3hrs onto my day by just travelling; away from home atleast 14hrs a day.

If anything chances, I'll happily take some of the strain :D

Anyway once a week if grand, if anything..these type of games are more enjoyable when played at slow pace and played patiently.

I'll happily help, I have a lot of free time for the foreseeable future, it's my 18th next week so may be tricky for a couple of days and in August I'm away for a couple of days but whilst I'm job hunting and waiting to go to uni, I have a lot of time

I'd love to help you, but I only have FMRTE. In-Game Editor is better, so if anyone has time I hope they help out. Would really love to see 2 updates a week. Gives more to talk about, cause even now there were some quiet times cause some people didn't participate.

I got both last week just in case Epic ever needed a hand, I've played around with it a bit and understand the basics and I agree with Pikkpoiss, 2 updates a week I enjoy, but there would be still a gap where there was no updates because not everyone is participating

I wouldnt be able to help out with taking a share of the work but I am more than happy to reducing the number of updates to 1 a week. I think most people here have their own saves to play and it will give us more time to scout players on the game and look for the right transfers instead of trying to fit a transfer window into 2 days.

I must say I have been guilty of not posting updates recently but I have been quite busy personally, moving house, but I will be posting an end of season update shortly which will hopefully cover most things from the season

End of season review

Everton have finished the season in 5th position which guarantees them Europa League group stage football next season. This however falls short of the target set at the start of the season by new chairman Gonzlo Flores who wanted to break into the top 4 and play in the champions league next season. It is still not certain as to whether Mr. Flores will remove Roberto Martinez from his position or stick with him for another season but this is what he had to say.

"We have fallen short of our original targets and we now have to go and have a look over everything at the club and see where we can perform better. We finished only 1 point off of the top 4 and more impressively we were 4 points and 2 places above our rivals. Roberto has had a decent season in which a lot of his squad has changed. I will sit down with him and discuss where we go next and whether it is better if we stick together or part ways now."

Everton also had an impressive FA Cup run in which they were able to get to the semi finals before going out in extra time to Man city. Chairman Gonzalo Flores has some important decisions to make over the next few days as he looks to push his club into the champions league and take them to the next level.

The season started great for Betis, as they leaded the table for the first 7 games, but ended in third place for the Green and whites. A new Chairman, a new manager and a bunch of new players arrived at Estadio Benito Villamarìn.
The new Norwegian Chairman Kevin Berg said that this season was just the start of the new Berg-Guardiola era, but admitted that this was a fantastic season which shocked the whole football world. Reports say that he later added following words: "If we haven't won a trophy in the three next season he's gonna quit his job at Betis."He also wanted to say congratulations to the Juventus Chairman with the Champions League victory, saying that Juventus was the one he hoped will win, since Juventus was one of his favorite teams in the childhood.

A anonymous member of the Betis board have said that Berg wants to change the stadium name.

Schalke have had a decent league season, finishing 3rd place, securing my expectations of getting into the UEFA Champions League. We had a disappointing European experience, crashing out in the Group Stage of the Champions League to fellow sugar daddy teams Ajax and FCP. Next season, we expect Top 3 and ECL last 16.

Congratulations to: Newcastle, Anderlecht, PSG, A big one to Juventus, Porto and Real Betis for getting to the Champions League and Everton, Ajax and (?) Celta Vigo for getting into the Europa League.

You could do a world cup prediction game. Say, if someone picks the winner, they get a 15m injection.

Pick winner: 15m injection
Pick finalists: 22.5m injection
Pick winner, finalists and score: 30m injection
Pick semi finalists: 25m injection
Pick all above and semi final scores: 32.5m and a -9 wonderkid

FC Porto Chairman Sasha Thomas reveals disappointment at first season in charge

'I cannot believe that we were unable to win the Portugese Premier League with such a talented squad. We were chasing Benfica by 2 points almost the whole season and yet, we still couldn't catch them. It baffles my mind. There were some positives to this season though: getting through the champions league group stage only to be defeated by a late Napoli goal, the signing of goal machine Jo who has pushed Jackson Martninez to second choice and the taca de Portugal cup win. Next season I can guarantee that with some more signings we will reach the Champions League quarter stage and do the domestic double. That will be all'

F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A

The season went well, not good, not great, it went well. We got the 3rd place. Meaning we got to the ECC (European Champions Cup) Best Placed playoff. Atleast we will be getting out of our country next season.

I've got to say that things have turned to the better since Mourinho left. Di Biagio made the club play and Palacio score.

Over the season we had made 16 transfers, 10 of them were made by me, the chairman and other 6 were made by my trusted manager Di Biagio. I had signed Romero, Balanta, Sanchez, Rojo, Nkoulou, ter Stegen, Nilmar, Eduardo, Pastore and Meyer, who went back to Schalke for a 2 year loan. Di Biagio signed Adejo, Morganella, Bastiononi on co-ownership, Bastianoni's second half he later on picked up from the ground (free transfer), Bandtner and Sigurdsson were signed respectively 3.3 and 8M £.

MoM of the Year

Nicolas Nkoulou

The man made every single one of his appearances (39) from the first squad with an average rating of 7.16. If he was a superhero, they would call him the Indispensable Man. He gave 1 assist and got only one MoM or two, cause this one is technically the second one for him. He is currently getting major interest from Manchester City and Newcastle. Definitely NOT gonna sell to Newcastle, because the player is not for sale.
