Also, how is player development? Is it slower due to the lower standard football league your playing in?

You'll avoid the drop easily. Actually playing like a title contender there!
 
were do I put this file? I put it into editor and it doesn't load it says that there are 21 teams and it should be 20. pls help, I really wanna play this ! :D

Aye, I'm expecting to stay up and finish mid table. -40pts is roughly 15 games worth of points lost so a promotion push is out of the question (unless the top team throw away games)

Development will be rther slow since the standard of league is **** but the amazing facilities will mean my players are still progressing much faster than they would at this level.

Hahaha, Aye. I'm aiming for an unbeaten season. The teams around me have next to no technical flair about them and my youngsters are tearing them apart in possession, shots, shot on target, ect.

Aye, while I don't think he is technically gifted enough to play a true Messi role, his "off the ball" means that the opposition get torn apart with his running; on and off the ball. I've been surprised with his goal return so far and I'm going to have to fight to hold onto him!
 
I did put it in Editor Data and in front of Spain it's a yellow triangle with an exclamation point and it says that: require maximum 20 teams for Second Division B1, found 21. What am I doing wrong ? Thank you in advance !

Open up the editor, load the database, go to Spanish Second Division B1 and take out a team.
 
downloaded the database and played through a season, managed to sneak in the playoffs in the last day of the season.
