Er evans wasnt as bad (the resulting injury was) and he did say something about it. None of that stops SAF saying it was a bad tackle, which it was, and thats all he said
There was no doubt that Davies went in hard and from the wrong side, but the ref was 3 yards away and decided a free kick was enough.........I just wish Fergie was more consistant when blaming players for bad tackles........Evans tackle on Holden last season for instance.....Holden still isnt playing first team football since that tackle..........Roy Keane's tackle on Haarland, finished the guys career.......Fergie never said a word about either of these tackles........and both were far far worse than Davies yesterday!
