Formation, I usually use my own 4-5-1/4-3-3 formation.. or sometimes I'll use this one if I'm going through a bad patch:

Which is a really good FM12 tactic imo.

Yeah it's a real nightmare as what he had done in the championship was perfect. Never mind might have to go buy the new one instead although can't get away with the new ones now!
