FM 2011 Worst version yet ?

FM09 was built for masochists, which is a shame because it had a lot of promise.
 
Ok fan boys and true Football Manager fans some real good feedback and some silly ones. Never stated is was to hard never once said that. If you going to post a response make it a worthwhile one. Some of the responses are shall we say feeding their own egos and trying to sound all cleaver. Some are great and some of them have tried to put me straight and tell me what a Muppet I am in football terms and these have been my favourite ones to read, thank you.

clearly you are trying get a reaction by constantly referring to people as fanboys. keep it up and get a infraction for trolling. there is already a rant thread, i suggest you use that.
 
What a surprise, another thread full of moaning and pointless arguments. maccaattack, members have actually taken their time to try and help you out and all you can do is call them "fan boys" in a poor attempt to get a reaction. Because of your insolence I will close this thread, as Mike said you are lucky not to get infractions for trolling.

The long shots within FM games are a real pain when it comes to long shots, far to many which ever settings you choose. I did not or want tactic advise i would have used the tactics forum.. We can all pick a real game where the results are lucky for one side this happens and within the game I would expect it to happen as well but not as often as it does. SI have admitted the pre-set tactics are pretty much useless so if you want to play the game you need to come up with your own tactic if you want to win anything. I make my own tactics and will still do but its a lot harder when you cant trust the stats which the game is all about.

It confirmed my suspicions about you. :)

I offered you some constructive feedback and help on your problem and you threw it back in my face as rubbish. I'm not a Super Moderator on one of the most popular FM forums out there for nothing, i know my stuff. Get off your high horse and accept that maybe, just maybe, it's you with the problem, and not the game.

As for long shots, I have never experienced the problem you keep saying is so unfixable with the game, so i can't understand your frustration. But i also can't understand why you can't see that if other people don't have the same problem, it must be you.
