FM 2012 - Who should I be?

Argentinos, Independiente, Huesca, Limavady Utd and Ballymoney Utd offered me a job. Which one should I take? I thought of Independiente as they are the best of those
 
country - england/spain/germany/italy
tier - any but would prefer not top tier
finances - any apart from really rich clubs no man city etc
media predition - if in top tier lower if in any other middle
facilities - want excellent youth facilitie

want a challenge where a team isnt necessarily amazing but have enough in the first team to get by but want a team that aint great but churns out good to amazing youth prospects so in a few years can have a team withalot of my own talent in it. doesnt have to be first season will settle for second season regens
 
Ok Country: Anything but England, Spain, Italy, Germany or France
Finace:No debts
Media/Tier: Middle/Bottom of the first Tier or top of the second

Crewe? West Ham? Both are known for very good youth academies.

I would like a team in the championship who you can get easily promoted except the top 3 teams in the prediction!

Ok could you just think of a team who are in the championship and can get them easily promoted first season!! not West Ham or Birmingham!
