Country - England/Italy/Spain
Tier - Maximum 3rd tier
Youth Facilities - Good/State of the art (not sure on terms used to measure this)

Looking for a team with good young players in it and an academy that will be likely to produce good players, for example if i was to be a championship team i would probably choose southhampton

Plymouth Argyle? The facilities are not the best, they are in the League 2 and are suffering from huge financial troubles. Very small squad so you will have to depend on a lot of youth players.

Thats not lowest

Leeds - very interesting history, not premier, smallish squad, balenced, the manager is not huge, nice kit too ;)

Country/Continent: England (Preferable)
Tier: Second to Fourth
Financial state: Poor/Stable
Media Prediction: Anything between 12-24 for Second tier , 5-10 for the third/fourth tier

Badalona

That's who I was on FM11 and they were pretty craptacular. Not sure how they are on FM12 so you'll have to check.

Country/Continent: Any/any, preference for England/Europe
Tier: Not Premier
Financial state: Doesn't matter
Media Prediction: Doesn't matter

My criteria: It has to either: have some interesting history, have a good looking uniform, its name is not typical or there's something to it, his squad is either so short you'd be starting the club or is very balanced, his manager has begun in that team this year or has been changed when the game comes to the market or is the last year's when everyobdy thought he'd resign, be changed or retired.

You can also try Sampdoria or Torino from Italy's Serie B.

Continent: Europe
Tier: Top
Finance: decent chunk in relation to the league
Media Prediction: Just above relegation

Must have some good young players I.E 16-20 to build the team around
