Could also try Leicester or Sheff Wed...

Country/Continent: Europe (Alternative countries, like turkey, greece and countries.
Tier: (Top tier)
Financial state: (Decent)
Media Prediction: (Below top 2)

I want to develop a country and a league. Not the english, italian, french, spanish and top countries like that.

I want to create a team full of homegrown players, but from an alternative country.
Give me some advice please :)

I can personally recommend you Polonia Warszava from Poland. Their media prediction is 4th, they have homegrown players and with a good guidance they can become a force in Europe. I'm sure you'd have fun playing with them, as you would take the challenge of throwing Legia Warszava, Wisla Krakow and Lech Poznan off the throne :)

Country: Anywhere in Europe apart from England or Spain
Tier: Top
Media prediction: 1-6

I'm looking for a team that can challenge for a champions league spot and develop into a good European team. Kinda like Tottenham but in another league.

Russia: Sibir Novosibirsk, Alania Vladikavkaz? Sorry you might be disappointed by me giving you only Russian suggestions, but I now realized that I never started with a second league team in Eastern Europe, besides Kuban Krasnodar in 2011. I should get on that :)

P.s: There was a Romanian second division team which I knew that someone played with, but for the life of me I can't remember their name. Try looking in a club starting with P... they could come good :)

Liga II Group 1 and Liga II Group 2 and both second tier leagues in the Romania, why don't you try a team from there?
Here are a few teams that fit your description (I didn't include title favourites or second place predicted teams):
CS Otopeni, Gaz Metan Severin, UTA Arad, Juventus Bucuresti, FC Arges, etc.

But if you are looking for 1st/2nd place predicted teams, then check out FC Timisoara (used to be a top team in the Liga I, with players like Torje, Pantilimon etc you may know of, but they because of the corruption in the FRF they were demoted to the second division), Gloria Bistrita, CSMS Iasi, Viitorul Constanta (great brand-new team created by the legend Gheorghe Hagi in his hometown of Constanta, fantastic potential I think, decent amount of money for the second league and could be a force to reckon with in the Liga I in a couple seasons - maybe do what Unirea Urziceni did, who came from the third division to the Champions League [beating Rangers 4-1 in Scotland and getting 8 points in their group etc] in just 3 seasons).

Sorry about rambling on and on lol

Good Luck! :D
