I'm yet to find a team I stick with this year.

I want a team in this type of category:

Good budget.
Fantastic youth academy.
English League(s) or BBVA.

Any ideas? I want to be able to improve them but with the ability of bringing through the youth and able to buy key players.

Southampton.

Country/Continent: Europe , outside England
Tier: Top
Financial state: stable
Media Prediction: Challenging for Title.

I want a team that are in Europe or near enough challenging for Europe and who could make a real charge for it in a few years.

I've had a lota fun playing as Paris FC and helping them rise to the top flight and Europe, anyone else know of any other lower division teams in a city with great potential growth?

Country/Continent: anywhere in europe
Tier: top
Financial state: poor
Media Prediction: anywhere from like 20th - 15th or just fighting relegation

Wigan is a fun club to be and should get you back into fm? I'm about to start my 3rd season with them and have a squad good enough to secure a euro cup place finish.

i tried starting with a few british clubs but then realised its british clubs im bored of so i started with rennais, m'villa and pitroipa ;)

Country/Continent: Not the 'big' ones e.g. Spain,England,Italy,Germany etc.
Tier: Any
Financial state: Any
Media Prediction: Any
Info: I was thinking Club Brugge (Belgium) or NK Maribor (Slovenia) after the Team I support played them in the Europa League.I want a team with a small squad, easy going not overly stressful to manage. I'd love to be able to win things, even if it's just cups in the first season. Quick Feedback would be much appreciated :)

I'd like a team with the exact playing style like Everton if possible. Rather small squad too and some money to strengthen the squad.

Hi all, i'm looking for a long term game. I've not been playing to much of FM12 as i've had a hella lot of uni work to do.....but that's done now! (H) What i'm looking for is,

Country: Any in Europe except Spain and England
Finances: Don't Mind
Media Prediction: Mid-Table-ish but with the potential to push for European places

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Haven't one a league trophy once, so I'm going for that now. Also I want to build my own team, some money would be nice. I will sell some good players to bring in my own so that can be an option. Anyone knows some teams which fit my description?

Winning the league 1st season, go for Chelsea enough money and players that can be sold in order to rebuild. If you want a slightly slower project go for Malaga, lots of backing and decent canvas.
