Ipswich, Cristal Palace, Watford, Barnsley, Bristol City, Doncaster. You wont find a rich champ team trying to avoid relegation.

Country: England, Spain, Italy and France.
Tier: England (Championship to League 2)
Spain (Lower top division)
Italy (Lower top division)
France (Lower top division)
Financial State: Okay/Stable
Media prediction: Doesn't matter as long as meets criteria described in the tier section.

Looking for a team with a good base to build from with a decent amount of money but will take a few years to get to the top.

England- Blackpool, Leicester
Spain- Athletic Bilbao
Italy- Genoa, Cagliari
France- Stade Caen, FC Lorient, Auxerre

Country: Somewhere in Europe Preferably, and just not England, Italy or Spain.
Tier: Top Two Tiers
Financial State: I would prefer something with at least a tiny bit of money to spend, but am also intrigued by the challenge of getting a club out of debt and creating a power house club.
Media prediction: Not 1st.

I want a club that is able to grow into one of the superpowers of the world with the right guidance.

I have been playing FM since 08, and have only recently started to get bored playing. My favourite ever save was a Sevilla save on FM09, i made it to 2038 on that one, but since then it has been steadily going downhill. This year, I have made quite a few games:
Linfield: Made it to 2020, but just grew bored of the same thing every year (winning league, knocled out Champs group stage)
Valencia: Had tonnes of fun the first year, but got quite bored halfway through the second
MP Black Aces: Once i won the African Champs League, i quit as i had done everything that team could do.
San Marino: Felt to similar to a typical BSP to Champs League challenge.

So in other words, something that is combining the best aspects of those possibly, or creating a new powerhouse league to overthrow Eng/Spain/Ita/Germ/Fra, would be great. Something that would challenge me to win the league, maybe due to a super club, but a league with tonnes of potential to grow.

Country: Any in Europe
League: Low reputation top tier
Media Prediction: Mid-Table/Top Half
Finances: Stable
Facilities: Any

Country/Continent: England or Italy. Preferably england.
Tier: premier league due to more familiarity or serie A. I don't know much about Serie A but I think it's a good chance for me to find out more as I play more.
Financial state: stable
media prediction: top 6-9

I was thinking along the lines of everton, newcastle, Napoli, or AS Roma. It would be good to manage a mid table team, imo.

Im open to suggestions and tips as a new fm12 player!

Belguim have lots of potential. Hazard, Lukaku, vertoghen and a lot more if you do I would use the wings to your advantage coz Belgium great wingers who can cross to Lukaku

I'm looking for an Italian, Spanish, or German team with either a decent transfer budget, or valuable assets I can sell off to raise funds. I want the team to have a big enough reputation that I can sign most of the cheap wonderkids, like Fierro, Kara, Vrsaljiko, but not such a big team that winning everything will be a cake walk. I also want a team that isn't so strong that all the young wonderkids I want to get will never get to play. Thoughts?

Fiorintina, Roma, Napoli
Malaga, Villareal, Valencia
Dortmund, Monchengladbach, Wolfsburg

Napoli, 10m budget and three 20m+ value players. Roma, lots of good youth players already good budget probs. Inter, poor season not extremely bad but needs rebuilding.
