FM 2012 - Who should I be?

Tier: Top
Financial state: Decent budget, few mil maybe?
media prediction: Anywhere that qualifies for continental competition

A team that has 2+ top youngsters and can easily qualify for Europe through the league so that I can concentrate on achieving in the cups and try to do well in Europe as well.

They don't need to be in Europe for the first season and I don't want a team that is the best in the country, thanks.

with a few decent signings could surprise everyone and reach playoffs/promotion

You can try Germany - Wolfsburg , Werder Bremen or even Dortmund
Italy - Napoli , Roma , Juventus
France - Marseille , Bordeaux , Lille etc.
Holland - PSV
 
Bit of a different thing, I'm Man City manager have a top class team, Eden Hazard, Gareth Bale, Damiao, Ter Stegen, Kompany, Sakho, Nasri, Ganso, Neymar, etc, etc. Recently been offered the Barcelona Job, transfer budget of 191 million, and the chance to work with Lionel Messi, should i take the job, or throw all my man city funds at Barcelona to sign Messi?
 
My last save was with PSG, Im looking for similar team not in the same league

looking for a team in any of the European top flights that make a great save with the new patch, needs to be. a challenge ie not city, barca etc. basically a interesting save

Newcastle - Good team, great fanbase, history.
QPR - Financial backing but weak atm (basically City a few seasons ago)
Liverpool - Awful Team, Big expectations.

Napoli - A few amazing players former employer of Maradona :P, can mount a Title challenge in 1 or 2 seasons
Roma - In a period of transition, lots of old players and brought in good youth (Borini, Lamela, Pjanic ect.)

Lyon - Good team, Top Quality youth, poor and a stadium in the making.

Thats just three leagues ask if you want more.

Spanish - Athletico Bilbao have a good young team but in order to build you have to produce/buy Basque players.
 
Can someone recomend a mid table team from around the that uses a 4-2-3-1

A team that has won 1 or 2 league titles and has a poor stadium1 or 2 very good players and i can build it up

Money there is to build a team upgrade factilies
