FM 2012 - Who should I be?

After the collapse of my Southport save because I failed to disable attribute masking, I am now looking for a new team to manage.

I have the English league selected.
Im looking for a team with decent finances with some decent young players.
I would prefer a lower prem team or a championship team.

Southampton. Promotion is achievable. Fantastic youth set up. Have a really good squad and have really good budget for a championship team.
 
Try Leyton Orient they are in League 1 but an enjoyable save, I got them promoted first season, 12th in the Championship in my 2nd season and have really enjoyed it.
 
Try Watford. Not top tier but has decent youngsters. Sordell, Jenkins, Hodson, Murray
 
For my new save i'm looking for:
Country/Continent: Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, England (last option)
Financial state: Rich/Stable
Media Prediction: Doesn't matter

I'm looking for a team with a few good youngsters and the rest must be decent (prefer high determanation and work rate) and some money to buy talents.
Teams i already had: Malaga, valencia, Dortmund, Napoli, AS Roma and Lazio.

I'm trying to begin a long save. Now i stop at season 3.

 
what is attribute masking??? i mean what does it do coz at the moment i'm not quite sure :\
 
Which mid tier team in the Prem has the best reputation?

At the minute I'm stoke, they are in Europa, and im 7th in league in my first season, however at the minute every wonderkid I scout they come back having no interest in joining me! I'm getting sick of it, by the time I do their interest they will be super stars and too expensive!

I don't want a top 6 team like Chelsea,Liverpool, Man U, Arsenal, City, Spurs etc.

So who is the next best thing?

Liverpool lol You could try Everton but I do realistically think it's L'pool...
 
I would have thought Newcastle would be the next best team. Not sure about reputation though.
 
West Ham or Leeds, just get them promoted and then people join. The history gives them Rep.

Reputation may be the wrong term to use! I just mean the best team to attract good players. I don't expect world class players to come, but its annoying when I cant even interest Sigurdsson!

I will have a look at West Ham and Leeds...is there a way of telling before I load a game up and start scouting?

Forgot to mention that i dont want a topclub.
 
It's a combination of length since formation, title history and reputation. West Ham start national, I got them promoted season one, into Euro season two and then they were continental.

So start with the hammers and by 2014 you'll be able to get any player. I can also usually get kadlec, sanogo and fierro at the start of the 2012/2013 season.

Ok cheers mate.

I'm currently 9th now with Stoke in prem, but in the Semis of Europa a goal up leading into the 2nd leg. So I'm hoping to god I can win this, and that could change everything round!
 
Looking for a South American club not located in Brazil or Argentina.
