Which smaller club has the best youth recruitment/facilities? Not Southampton btw.

Any of the top four/six
Also West Ham and Crystal Palace are pretty famous for their youth development.

After the collapse of my Southport save because I failed to disable attribute masking, I am now looking for a new team to manage.

I have the English league selected.
Im looking for a team with decent finances with some decent young players.
I would prefer a lower prem team or a championship team.
Decent finances

Crystal Palace has Wilfried Zaha and Nat Clyne, Brighton has players like Lewis Dunk and Ashley Barnes. Both pretty good teams.

Premiership:
Newcastle (Probably the best save)
Sunderland
Stoke City
Liverpool?
Fulham
QPR

Championship:
Blackpool
Southampton
Leicester City
Reading

League 1:
Sheffield Wednesday
Huddersfield

Only ones I can think off.

looking for a top tier, midtable table from England, Italy or Spain with potential and facilities to break into Europe and challenge for the title. Not Newcastle.

Take a Blue Square Premier team as far as you can. Its amazing the players you end up having at your disposal in contrast to what the team was like at the start of the game. The first season is always lame but once your in league 2 the only way is up..baby. Plus its a long long path that takes weeks of dedication and commitment.

I'm currently toying with trying a West Brom, Fulham, Wigan, Southampton or Leeds save. You get the idea but which one should I go with? pros and cons? Want a bit of money to make it interesting in first season.....

I've done this, with Luton. Its really satisfying building a team from nothing. I went BSP>L2>L1-L1>CH<L1>CH>Prem.

But then, the patch came out, I started a new game (with intention of carrying on my Luton Save) just to see the updates etc. I started it and played through a bit, but the ****** autosave saved over my Luton save! I wasnt happy. but I started again with Luton. 2nd season and Im top of League 2 pushing!

Country/Continent: Europe
Tier: Lower levels
Financial state: Decent bit of money behind them
Media Prediction: Quite low

Lookking to take a lower league team to the top in any European division.

Country/Continent: Europe (Not England)
Tier: Top or 2nd
Financial state: Stable
Media Prediction: 5-15

Want a team with a solid defence, but weak midfield with some money to work with around 3-5m would be perfect. Preferably in a respectable league to draw some decent players in.

Really struggling to get into a long term game, I want a team that has a decent first eleven, I want to introduce youth into my team without spending a fortune and don't want great expectations from my chairman so that he gives me time to let my youth grow together. Would also be good if my team already had one or two really good prospects that could play for my team for their full career.

Please help, every club i have tried loses 100's of thousands a month!

Country/Continent: Englnd
Tier: Lower League
Financial state: A team that makes money each month
Media Prediction: Top Half

Thanks,

Maybe Arsenal? But try offering lower wages and trimming down a squad, sell off reserves, that will make money. Most clubs do lose money each month unless you have done something about it, but champions league pay days more than make up for it later in the season if you get that far

After a team lower than Blue Square North/South who have produced good players in real life!

Continent:Europe
Tier:lowish leagues
Financial state:Rich
Media:anywhere

Country/Continent: Europe but not in England
Tier: First or second
Financial state: Stable or quite rich, I want something like 8-10 Millions for transfer
Media Prediction: Don't care
Just want a team with a lot of young prospect, which can attract some good young player and the most important, I want to have fun !

Lawlor2012
