I dont know which is the best tactic , but 4-1-4-1 is fully tested and its work for all Teams. 4 2 3 1 tested with chelsea wizh amazing Results... now i play with 4 1 2 2 1 and its work for me... so all tactics is good.

4-1-4-1 formation is very defensive with this tactic you will be concede very few goals...
