No in essence its a 4-1-2-1-2 wide diamond,with the wingers set to run wide with the ball instead of cutting inside. The AMC is set to a support role with move into channels,mark tighter,close down much more,tackle harder,pass shorter and shoot less often.
 
Been using a combination of all of these according to my scout reports.

My first season took Hertha BSC, and won the First Division, got offered the Bayern job and here are some screenshots:

Won everything the team had entered. I'm now thinking that I shouldn't have taken the Bayern job, but accepted a lower rep team job just to see how effective these tactics really are.
