In both instances he was scouted by a 20 Potenial Scout. I guess I never new the PA stats for players could be randomized.

The scout gives you a rating with regards to the stature of your club. This could be it. For instance an average player would get a 4 star rating at a lower league club or a club with lower reputation than one of man united or madrid. Where if he was at there top clubs they might just regard him as 2 and a half.

Oh yeah, of course, I forgot about that, lol.

But PA can be randomised too (well, it used to, at least).

haha, but still, they didn't have any 'clear cut chances', so I consider it quite a success, considering the toon, unjustifiably, are not the best team in the world :):)
 
I like it alot, i especially like the inclution of player agents and you can look to see who they represent. I also like the way you can have a meeting with a player and talk to him. I like the new TV camera and the gameplay seems much realistic now days. I also like the fact that they have improved some Chelsea players stats like i wanted them too i.e Malouda and Ivanovic.
 
Anybody working on the official kit packs for English league sides?
This would be great if somebody has made them for this season! :D

Don't forget that compared with Rooney Kadlec is probably only going to get 3 stars, but when compared to Cameron Jerome, he's got more chance of being better, so 4.5 stars is realistic, doesn't necessarily mean he'll be any worse, it just depends on whos potential he's compared to.

Blooming twice now I had the game crash dump on me. I haven't made it past the friendlies once! Not happy considering it took 2 hours to download.

On the plus side, I ordered the game from Zavvi about 2-3 months ago.
 
I know alot of people have said that it is basically FM2010 with a couple of things added, but in all honesty i think the saying "if its not broken, dont fix it" comes to mind! I have seen far too many game producers try and change the game to make it something new, and it turns out absolutely ****. So I am quite glad that they havent changed it too much, because I think we all love FM for them to ruin something that is good already.

what specs does does you computer have, and how stable is it? hear lots of stuff about crash dumps, but ive never had one on fm09,10 or the demo with my laptop
 
Every match I have, after it's finished and loading up, my demo crashes...that's not right...

I was expecting a little more from a 'beaaast computer'...
